If tools like Claude Code and Cursor are the employees, Paperclip is the entire company layer on top of them. You bring in any AI agent you want. Paperclip gives them reporting lines, org charts, job titles, budgets, and goals. Every agent gets a monthly budget. When they hit it, they stop. No surprise bills. Full ticket system. Tool-call tracing so you can see exactly what each agent did, step by step. Immutable audit logs so nothing disappears.
