My student got flagged for a FAKE citation from ChatGPT 😬 Here’s the tool I told him to use instead ⬇️ ChatGPT hallucinated his sources. The paper looked real but didn’t exist. Turnitin caught it immediately. I tested Literfy AI and it searches Google Scholar, PubMed & Semantic Scholar at the same time. No fake references. No hallucinations. Personal care products, wet wipes, chewing gum, aluminium cans, paper cups, face masks…and so on. In today’s part it’s about; Chewing gums Face masks Wet wipes Pasting this from research about chewing gum I read: “Chewing gums released 4–636 microplastics g−1 to saliva.” And what research says about wet wipes: “A higher number of MP fibres (693–1066 p/sheet) was released when the wet wipe was exposed to the aquatic environment compared to rubbing the wet wipe on hands or solid materials (180–106 p/sheet) or both.
