FOPeople always ask me what my favourite matcha in Sydney is, and I think this may take top prize💚🌟
I have a heaps of favourite matcha spots in Sydney (pretty much all Japanese cafes, but there’s a few other hidden gems thrown in the mix🤭), but every time I’ve come to this cafe, it always stands out to me as one of the best🍵
Their matcha is creamy, grassy and perfectly bitter, with no added sweeteners which is HUGE for me - not to mention it’s one of the greenest matchas in Sydney! It comes in a proper Japanese matcha mug too which is always a bonus😌
They’ve got a rotating selection of matcha treats (my favourite so far is the matcha, red bean and cream cheese muffin🤩), as well as some of the best onigiri I’ve had yet in Sydney - and heaps to choose from as well! This time around I tried their spicy chilli chashu pork collab with @chaco_ramen and their beef curry onigiri which were both suuuuper yummy😋
