MYCommon question I thought I’d address today! I find that communicating really well in the beginning can get you the parent support you’ll need. I also find that being unapologetic about your management system (in a kind way) is the way to go. This is your classroom, you are the expert, and you can’t teach if your class is running wild. Don’t apologize for having a clear system in place that gives you a way to actually teach. ❤️❤️❤️
