Recipe: Ingredients: 1/4 cup of olive oil 1 sweet onion, finely chopped 2 pounds of ground beef 1 teaspoon of kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 heaping teaspoon of Ras el Hanut 1 tablespoon of tomato paste 1 tablespoon of date syrup 3 boiled potatoes 4 matzot, cracked 1/2 cup of water 3 eggs Pinch of salt 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced 1/4 teaspoon of flaky salt Garnish: Drizzle of tahini Chopped parsley A touch of sumac Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 420°F (220°C). 2. In a skillet over medium heat, pour in the olive oil, add the chopped onion, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add the ground beef and spread it out using a wooden spoon. 4. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, Ras el Hanut, tomato paste, and date syrup. Mix everything together and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned. 5. Add the boiled potatoes and shred them over the beef. Stir to combine and let it cool for 10 minutes. 6. In a large bowl, combine the cracked matzot, water, and eggs. Mix well. 7. Add the beef and potato mixture and mix until fully incorporated. 8. Lightly spray a ceramic pan with avocado oil, then spread the beef mixture evenly in the pan. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top and sprinkle with flaky salt. 9. Bake at 420°F for 35 minutes. 10. Switch the oven to convection broil at 450°F and broil for 5-7 minutes. 11. Garnish with a drizzle of tahini, chopped parsley, and a touch of sumac. Enjoy! ✨This is one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve ever had and somehow it’s kosher for passover, nut free and gluten free (aka not gebrochts). It tastes like a brownie but in cake form - not sure that makes sense but trust me! Don’t forget to save it! ✨ Details ⬇️ Triple Chocolate Brownie Cake (nut free, Passover) @erin.eats.mtl Ingredients: 2 cups chocolate chips, melted (I like to microwave in 30 second intervals and then stir) 1.5 cups sugar 1 cup oil 4 large eggs 2 egg yolks 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp instant coffee grinds (don’t worry, the cake doesn’t taste like coffee at all - this just deepens the flavor) 1 tbsp passover baking powder 1 box instant chocolate pudding powder (I used osem brand) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup hot water Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together melted chocolate, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Combine cocoa, coffee, baking powder, pudding powder and salt. Fold into melted chocolate mixture. Gently fold in hot water. Grease a bundt pan and coat with a thin layer of cocoa powder. Pour cake batter into pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes. I can’t wait for you to enjoy this insanely delicious cake!! Recipe: Ingredients- 2.5 cups of water 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt 3/4 cup of olive oil 3 cups of matzo meal 6 eggs Topping- Olive oil or avocado oil spray, sesame seeds Method- 1. Preheat the oven to 400F / 200C. 2. In a pot, add the water, salt, sugar, and olive oil. 3. On the stove on medium heat, bring to a boil. 4. Remove from the stove and let it cool for 1 minute. 5. Add the matzo meal and using a wooden spoon, mix it all together. 6. Let it cool for 5 minutes and gradually add the eggs while stirring, until getting a uniform mixture. 7. With wet hands, make small balls (ping pong size) and place them on a baking pan. 8. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds. 9. Bake in the oven on 400F for 40 minutes. 10. Turn off the oven and using a wooden spoon, keep the oven door cracked open for 5 minutes to allow the buns to maintain their shape. Enjoy! ⁨ ⁨ פרנות כשרות לפסח ללא גלוטן רכות ואווריריות! מצרכים: 500 גרם קמח מולינו ירוק (450 גרם לבצק + 50 גרם לעבודה) 620 מ״ל מים 22 גרם שמרים טריים כשרים לפסח (חשוב לבדוק תוקף) 3 כפות שמן זית כף סוכר כף מלח אופן הכנה: בקערה מלבנית /פיירקס שמים שמרים, 520 מ״ל מים כף סוכר, מערבבים ומחכים 5 דקות. מוסיפים שמן זית ומערבבים שוב. מוסיפים 450 גרם קמח מולינו ומערבבים עם כף עד שמתקבל בצק דביק. בכוס נפרדת מערבבים 100 מ״ל מים עם כף מלח ומוסיפים לבצק מקפלים את הבצק עם ידיים רטובות (הבצק דביק וזה בסדר) מכסים ומתפיחים 20 דקות לאחר מכן מקפלים שוב עם ידיים רטובות ומתפיחים עוד 20 דקות מקפלים פעם נוספת ומתפיחים 40 דקות נוספות. מחממים תנור ל-240 מעלות על טורבו מרטיבים לקקן ומשחררים בעדינות את הבצק מדפנות הכלי. מפזרים מעט מהקמח שנותר על משטח עבודה ומעבירים אליו את הבצק בעדינות, מבלי לפגוע בהתפחה. מפזרים מעט קמח מעל הבצק מחלקים ל-8 חתיכות ומניחים בתבנית תנור אופים עד שהפרנות משחימות היטב מלמעלה. מי שרוצה שאשלח לו תמונה של הקמח הגיבו קמח ואשלח לכם בפרטי🫶 כמה דברים חשובים: הבצק דביק וזה בסדר. בכל התפחה תכסו עם נילון נצמד. חשוב תמיד לעבוד עם ידיים רטובות. לפני ההתפחה האחרונה תסדרו את הבצק לאורך כל הכלי המלבני כדי שהוא יתפח בצורה אחידה וכשתשפכו אותו לשיש תוכלו ליצור פרנות שוות בצורה. #פסח #מתכוניםלפסח #ללאגלוטן #פרנות #לחםלפסח #קמחמולינו #מתכוניםקלים #אוכלישראלי #רילסאוכל #foodreels #glutenfree #passoverrecipes #בישולביתי #טעיםבטירוף⁩⁩

Sweet, nutty, chocolatey and completely irresistible 🍫🥥✨ Ingredients • 16 soft dates 🌴, pitted • ½ cup chocolate chips • 1 tsp coconut oil or neutral oil • ½ cup coconut flakes 🥥 • ½ cup slivered almonds 🌰 • ½ cup sesame seeds Instructions 1. Line your surface with parchment paper and lightly spray with coconut oil. 2. Arrange the dates 🌴 in 4 rows of 4 on the parchment. 3. Lightly spray the dates with a little more coconut oil. 4. Place another sheet of parchment on top. 5. Press down firmly and roll with a rolling pin until the dates form a thin sheet, almost like carpaccio. 6. (Optional - Additional 1/2c mix ins- chopped pecans, crushed cookies, sprinkles...) Additional chopped chocolate for topping, if desired. For vanilla cookie stick Additional 3 tbsp almond flour For double chocolate cookie stick Additional 3 tbsp cocoa powder In a bowl, with a wooden spoon, mix sugars with oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Add in dry ingredients and mix until incorporated. Divide dough in half. To one half add 3 tbsp almond flour to the other half add 3 tbsp cocoa powder. Add the chopped chocolate to both batters. On a parchment lined baking sheet, shape into two skinny,long logs. Top with additional chopped chocolate if desired. (Don’t flatten... cookies will flatten as they bake) Bake on convection at 340 for 14-15 minutes (rotating pan halfway) or until edges are golden. (If using regular bake it will take at least 20 minutes or more) Cool before slicing.

One bowl carrot cake -kfp(gluten free) The perfect pesach snack enjoy this with a cup of coffee or on its own 🥕 Ingredients: -3 large eggs -2 TBS of either butter/coconut oil(refined is great too )or margarine -2 TBS unsweetened apple sauce -1/2 cup maple syrup (followers told me they used honey instead and was great ) -1 cup shredded carrot (2 medium carrots ) -1 tsp cinnamon -1.5 cup almond flour -1/2 cup arrowroot starch or potato starch -1 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp baking soda -1/4 tsp salt Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) And prepare a loaf pan 2. In a mixing bowl add in the eggs,oil/butter,Apple sauce ,maple syrup ,carrots and cinnamon mix well. 3. Add in the almond flour ,arrowroot starch or potato starch ,baking powder,baking soda and salt Stir until well combined,don’t over mix . 4.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it out evenly. 5.Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. It may need less or more time so keep a close eye on it . 6.Remove the cake from the oven let it cool completely before slicing. 7.Once cooled, you can optionally frost the cake with your favourite frostings such as cream cheese frosting or serve it the way I did ,it’s delicious! #passoverrecipes #glutenfree #easyrecipeideas #pesach
