What is the difference between RAW milk and regular, pasteurized milk? 🥛 MOST milk is from cows on factory farms, and this milk must be heated to remove harmful bacteria before being sold in grocery stores… The heating process is pasteurization… In contrast, raw milk is often produced on smaller farms, with more attention to quality control… and it is not heated or blended (homogenized) before consumption… 🤙 This means that the cream rises to the top, as you can see in this reel… Though pasteurized milk (whole milk, why would drink anything else?) contains many nutrients including calcium, K2, riboflavin, stearic acid etc… I prefer raw, unpasteurized milk… 💁‍♂️ Here’s why…. There are multiple studies that show that unheated = raw milk consumption in childhood is associated with lower rates on asthma, eczema, and allergies…👍 Remember that these are kids who grow up on OR off farms… Impressive right? I imagine researchers thought this had something to do with probiotic bacteria in the raw milk vs pasteurized milk at first… But further experiments showed that the benefits of raw milk are probably due to the native (unheated) whey proteins in it, which appear beneficial to the immune system… 👏 Turns out that when you heat whey protein above 65C (160F) it changes shape… and quite possibly can then trigger more immune reactions in humans… Many people feel better when they cut out dairy, but I suspect this may be because pasteurized dairy causes issues for many… If this is you, consider raw dairy as a part of your #animalbased diet or organs (either fresh or @heartandsoilsupplements), meat, fruit, honey and raw diary… Welcome to #theremembering 🏹

5 litre süt = 5 farklı ürün🥛 5 liters of milk = 5 different products 🧀 ✨ What else would you make with it?

Raw milk is a superfood… When done right, raw milk retains: • Natural enzymes • Beneficial bacteria • Intact milk proteins • Heat-sensitive vitamins Which may explain why many people tolerate it better than pasteurized milk… Multiple observational studies show lower allergy and asthma rates in children raised on farms consuming raw milk, suggesting immune-modulating effects. Raw Milk = Overrated Just because something is “natural” doesn’t mean it’s healthier for you If you want: - Less vitamins and nutrients - More pus, bacteria, and pathogens - And a 45X higher chance of hospitalization Then raw milk is for YOU 🫵🏼 But if you’re sane, pasteurized milk at the store is the better option There’s two more myths about raw milk I didn’t have time to cover in the video: Myth 1: “Pasturization kills all the “good” bacteria in milk” This one’s actually true... but it doesn’t matter, and here’s why: Because although yes, pasturization kills a tiny amount of beneficial bacteria in the milk… The amount of beneficial bacteria lost is too small to impact your health in the slightest, and pasteurization kills dangerous pathogens like salmonella, listeria, and E. coli. In fact, you get way more good bacteria from a cup of yogurt or a few slices of cheese than you do in a cup of raw milk (without the risk) Myth 2: “Pasturization denatures the protein’s in milk making it harder to digest” Again, this is true… but the same people who shout this forget to mention that our stomach acid denatures ALL proteins anyway So from a physiological standpoint, this means absolutely nothing Please don’t spend 10X more money falling for another health trend that could land you in the hospital, with zero potential upside CDC Report from video: https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/eid/article/23/6/15-1603_article

Is raw milk dangerous? Honestly, I’m more concerned reading the label on a fluorescent neon-green soda or a bag of cheese-dusted crunchy puffs than I am drinking milk from a healthy animal. Would I source raw milk from a filthy feedlot where animals can’t forage or live naturally? Of course not. Sourcing is everything…clean animals, clean land, clean practices. That’s the foundation of real food. But to assume something is safe just because it’s sitting on a store shelf? That’s a dangerous kind of trust. And yes, symbolism is everywhere. #rohmilch #rawmilk #healthylifestyle #nature #health

The “experts” will tell you that pasteurization doesn’t change the nutritional value of milk. They claim that heat-treating a living substance until it’s dead has zero impact on how your body utilizes it. It is a convenient lie designed to make industrial processing acceptable to the masses. But observable reality says otherwise. Almost every person who claims to be “lactose intolerant” miraculously has zero issues when the milk is raw and unheated. If the two products were biologically the same, that wouldn’t be possible. Your body is the ultimate laboratory, and its feedback is more accurate than any corporate-funded study. The truth is that pasteurization denatures the proteins and destroys the enzymes needed for digestion. It turns a perfect biological building block into a dead, inflammatory liquid that the body treats as a toxin. One builds solid bone structure and vitality, while the other causes congestion and bloating. Stop falling for the marketing and the labels that the masses use to cope with their malnourishment. When the mainstream narrative contradicts what you can see and feel in your own body, the narrative is the problem. Results don’t lie. Credit: iblamekaren_ #diet #health #mogged #blackpill #looksmaxx

Big Dairy doesn’t want us to know that raw milk is a bioactive superfood that humans have been drinking for centuries! (Then we would cut them out and go straight to our local farmers) Benefits of raw milk: - Beneficial enzymes (lactase, lipase, phosphatase), probiotics, and immunoglobulins to improve digestion and gut lining - Boosts immunity, fights pathogens (with lactoferrin and oligosaccharides) & lower rates of asthma, eczema, and allergies - Bioavailable calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and Vit K2 for bone health - whey proteins boost glutathione (your master antioxidant) - Omega 3s, CLA, and Vit A for skin and brain health Pasteurization destroys enzymes, probiotics, immunoglobulins, reduces Vitamin content and denatures proteins! There’s a reason pasteurized dairy is one of the most common allergies! As always, do your own research but this is just some food for thought 🍼 #holistichealth #hormonesupport #guthealthy #nontoxichome #nontoxicliving #antiinflammatorydiet

Milk pasteurization has been around since the 1800s. Thanks for this go to Louis Pasteur, who demonstrated in the 1860s that abnormal fermentation of wine and beer could be prevented by heating the beverages, and to Frans von Soxhlet, a German agricultural chemist, who in 1886, was the first person to suggest that milk sold to the public be pasteurized. The benefits of heating or boiling milk have been recognized since the early 1800s and has been used to reduce milk-borne illness and mortality in infants since the late 1800s. Raw milk can carry dangerous germs, such as brucella, campylobacter, cryptosporidium, E. coli, listeria, and salmonella. Foodborne illnesses such as typhoid, scarlet fever and tuberculosis were virtually eliminated with the commercial implementation of pasteurization. #rawmilk #pasteurization #louispasteur #foodhistory #foodsafety #foodscience #science #publichealth #nutrition #health #scicommunity
