Don’t let them drop too low, or you’ll shift tension off the chest. 4️⃣ Chest Proud, Shoulders Back – Stick your chest out and retract your shoulder blades. Now first off, we wanna make sure the seat height is adjusted to the point where your hands reach the handle when you have your shoulder abducted to 90 degrees (that is, your arms make a 90 angle with your torso) Secondly, you ideally wanna get a deep stretch on this exercise to optimize the movement for hypertrophy.
