🚨 Many students are facing PGWP refusals lately — not because of IRCC’s mistake, but because the IELTS results weren’t uploaded when submitting the application. Here’s what you can do now 👇 1️⃣ Reapply within 180 days of finishing your studies — include your IELTS this time. If 180 days have passed, you’re unfortunately no longer eligible for a new PGWP. 2️⃣ Restore your status to student within 90 days of refusal by enrolling in another program. After completing it, you can reapply for a PGWP properly. 3️⃣ Federal Court appeal — possible, but weak. The Court recently confirmed it’s the applicant’s duty to upload IELTS under Client Information, even if no dedicated slot exists. 💡 Don’t risk your future with unlicensed consultants or incomplete files.
