Cars reflect our desires, what we want to be or be seen as. When we step inside, the vehicle becomes an extension of our body, id, and ego. When we see an automobile destroyed, we see a reflection of our inevitable death.
Slow-Motion Car Crash is a physical simulation of a head-on collision using two full-sized automobiles. Each car moves one meter into the other at the rate of about a millimeter an hour. The constant movement is so slow as to be invisible. This sculpture expands an event that usually takes a fraction of a second into months.

DII never claimed spirituality because it’s literally my way of living and it’s a mindset I formed my mind to adopt in its own unconscious habits. Spiritual beings don’t even talk using any language that has been programmed into this physical simulation. We literally pretend to use our native tongue because it’s the best way for humans to comprehend an ascension through our Almighty’s articulation that it uses through us. Spirituality is a contradiction and it gets deeper than what the media and society portrays it to be.

Worth noting: Jensen rarely publishes long essays like this. When he does, it’s a rare window into his thinking and is worth reading in full.
AI is a 5-layers Cake:
🔹 Energy - Intelligence generated in real time requires power generated in real time. Energy is the binding constraint on how much intelligence the system can produce.
🔹 Chips - Processors designed to transform that energy into computation at massive scale. AI workloads require enormous parallelism, high-bandwidth memory, and fast interconnects.
🔹 Infrastructure - Land, power delivery, cooling, construction, networking. Jensen calls these AI factories — not designed to store information, but to manufacture intelligence.
🔹 Models - Language models are just one category. Some of the most transformative work is happening in protein AI, chemical AI, physical simulation, robotics, and autonomous systems.
🔹Applications - Drug discovery platforms, industrial robotics, legal copilots, self-driving cars. This is where economic value gets created.
Every successful application pulls on every layer beneath it — all the way down to the power plant keeping it alive.
💡What I find most interesting: Jensen argues this buildout doesn’t just need engineers. It needs electricians, pipefitters, steelworkers, and network technicians. The labor required is enormous … & those skills are in short supply.
We are still early. Much of the infrastructure doesn’t yet exist… with TRILLIONS still to go
