Try these out: ✨ Seated Hamstring Stretch Sit at the edge of a chair with one leg extended straight in front of you, heel on the floor, and toes pointing up. Keep your back straight as you hinge forward at the hips until you feel a gentle stretch in the back of your thigh. Hold for 20–30 seconds, then switch legs. ❓Why it helps: Tight hamstrings can put extra pressure on the sciatic nerve. This stretch improves flexibility and reduces tension. ✨ Seated Piriformis Stretch Sit tall on the chair and cross one ankle over the opposite knee, forming a “figure 4.” Gently press down on your knee while leaning slightly forward to feel the stretch in your hip.
