TETo eat or not to eat your PLACENTA after giving birth 🤰🏻? That is the question 🙇🏻♀️.
I didn’t know anything about placenta encapsulation until my doula asked me if I wanted that as part of her services. After reading up on it, I decided it was definitely something that made sense to me 💜.
Here are 5 benefits to consuming your placenta after birth ⬇️

4️⃣ restoration of iron levels following bleeding after birth

⚠️ heads up! Not everyone sees these benefits from consuming their placenta…and some people can even feel nauseous or sick from it…which is totally normal! It just means your body doesn’t want it.
I’ve been taking them the last few days- I just add them to my normal vitamin routine 💊! It’s not supposed to be some miraculous remedy, but just like ALL of my beliefs- my doing small, healthy habits daily you will see the compounding benefits in your wellness 💙.
