CALLING ALL CHOCOLATE LOVERS!!! 🍫😍 by @that.veganbabe ✨INGREDIENTS✨ 5 cups Hazelnuts 1/4-1/3 cup powdered coconut sugar depending on how sweet you like it - I used 1/3 cup 1/2 cup cacao powder 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 🚨IMPORTANT🚨 do not use any water based ingredient such as plant milk, maple syrup or another liquid sweetener. It will cause the nut butter to seize up and will not be smooth and creamy. Even vanilla should be kept to a minimum - just 1 tsp tops! 🔥 First start by roasting your Hazelnuts until golden. 425f for about 10 minutes should do the trick! Watch carefully at the end so they don’t burn!You can also buy them pre roasted! 👌If your Hazelnuts have skins on them rub them off by using a kitchen towel before adding them to your blender or high speed food processor. 😋 Blend until completely smooth - it should take less than 5 minutes. Hazelnuts are very easy to turn into nut butter! 🙌 To make your own powdered coconut sugar simply blend up your coconut sugar until it becomes a fine powder. 😍Once the hazelnut butter is super smooth add in the rest of your ingredients and blend again until fully incorporated. Ingredients (6 muffins): 2 ripe bananas, mashed 2 eggs 1 scoop Orgain Plant Based Protein Powder🌱-Chocolate ½ cup oat flour ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ cup Greek yogurt 1 tbsp maple syrup ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp vanilla extract ¼ cup dark mini chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with liners. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and maple syrup . Stir in protein powder, almond/oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until combined. Fold in dark chocolate chips if using. Divide the batter into muffin cups and 15-18 minutes. Let cool and store in the fridge for up to a week. #orgain #drinkorgain

RAFFAELLO OVERNIGHT OATS 🤤 Recipe below 👇🏼 Raffaello is so underrated 😍 This one is Uber creamy & delicious, see notes for products used and macros. Amazing recipe by @noashealthyeats Makes 2 Bowls, higher protein Ingredients: •60g of vanilla yoghurt (i used yopro) •2 tbs of maple syrup •180-220ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk •1tbs chia seeds 10g •80-90g oats •1tbs coconut •30g white choc or Vanilla protein ( I prefer the powder for more protein and less sugar than white chocolate) Hazelnut white choc Creme: •20g dairy free white Choc •1tsp white choc/ or hazelnut spread •100g vanilla coconut yoghurt Method: Oats Mix: In a large bowl mix maple syrup, yoghurt & almond milk. Once combined add in chia seeds, oats & protein, mix until combined. Place the bowl in the fridge for 10 mins to thicken then divide between two bowls or jars ( I used a small 10 cm deepish bowl from kmart) White choc cream layer : Add ingredients to a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds , let stand for 15 , then start stirring till you get a thick sauce, Add a little room temp milk to make it go further if needed and top the oats. Place in the fridge over night and the next day decorate with a little coconut and a Raffaello-optionally. 3 Ingredient Dark Chocolate Quinoa Bark😋 - the treat you never knew you needed. It’s the perfect combo of added protein, antioxidants & DELICIOUS…to nibble all week long! Share this with another chocolate lover!🍫💕 Ingredients: 1 cup quinoa soaked overnight, drained & pat dry 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips 2 scoops Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder - Creamy Chocolate Fudge Sea salt (optional but recommended) Directions: After soaking the quinoa overnight, drain & pat dry to remove excess moisture. In a large skillet over medium heat, spread quinoa in an even layer. Toast quinoa, keep stirring & shaking pan as you hear the popping sounds. After a few min the popping will slow down & the quinoa will be browned & nutty. Take off heat. Melt chocolate in a bowl with 1 tbsp coconut oil. Stir in 2 scoops of the chocolate protein powder & stir until smooth. Add in the cooked quinoa & mix well until the quinoa is coated in the chocolate mixture. Spread out evenly on a parchment line baking sheet & sprinkle sea salt on top. Freeze for 20-30 or until chocolate is set. Ingredients: Buns: - 1/3 cup warm water - 1/2 warm milk - 1 tbsp active dry yeast - 4 tbsp sugar, divided - 2 tbsp oil (avocado, or vegetable, or canola oil) - 2 1/2 cups al purpose flour - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt Filling: - Tofu (1 block, extra firm) - Cornflour Sauce: - 2 garlic gloves minced - ginger grated - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - 1.5 tbsp soy sauce - 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce - 3 tbsp tomato ketchup - 3 tbsp water Garnish: - coriander/parsley - sesame seeds You can serve this as a side, appetizer, or a sandwich!
