crispy garlic rosemary roasted potatoes 🥔holiday side series EP. 3 a tasty side dish for fall dinners or the holiday table🍂 ✨ingredients ▫️3 pounds red or Yukon gold potatoes, washed , scrubbed + dried - cut into 1” cubes ▫️2-3 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil ▫️1 ½ tbsp tapioca / arrowroot starch (cornstarch works too) ▫️salt + black pepper ▫️1 tsp garlic powder ▫️¾ tsp onion powder ▫️¾ tsp paprika ▫️2 tbsp chopped parsley ▫️1 tbsp finely chopped thyme ▫️1 tbsp chopped rosemary ✨Toss potatoes with oil. Add remaining ingredients + toss until evenly coated. Oven: ✨ Preheat oven to 400F. Grease or line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. ✨Spread seasoned potatoes onto a baking sheet in an even layer (working in batches as needed). ✨Bake 25 mins, toss or flip, lower heat to 375F + bake again for 10-15 mins more, or until crispy. Air Fryer: ✨spread seasoned potatoes evenly in air fryer basket, in batches. air fry at 390F 10 mins, shake or flip then air fry again 10-15 mins more, or until crispy. Crispy Potatoes 3#s creamer potatoes (the tiny cute ones) Lots of salt oo Step 1• add the potatoes to a large pot of COLD water. Bring to a boil, ONCE BOILING add the cup of salt. *this is key, let the water boil 1st so the salt dissolves & sinks into our potatoes! Our 1 chance to season here Step 2• cook for 10 min until you can pierce through with a knife. Step 3• drain. Preheat oven to 425 F. grease a sheet tray with oo. Using the bottom of a cup, smash potatoes until almost flat. Drizzle with oo. Step 4• bake for 15 min, remove from oven, flip & bake additional 15-20m until golden & crispy. All ovens are diff so watch your potatoes & don’t burn them! Serve with our green goddess! #asmr #potatoes #chef #crispy #simple #recipes

Easy skillet breakfast potatoes 🥔 Ingredients 1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil Salt to taste 1/2 tbsp cajun seasoning 1/2 tbsp garlic powder 1/2 tbsp onion powder Instructions: Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Par boil the potatoes into salt water for 4-5 minutes. Drain the potatoes and pat dry them. In a skillet add butter and oil on medium heat. Add the potatoes in a single layer, season with a generous pinch of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cajun seasoning , toss to coat evenly. Cook the potatoes for a total of 8-10 minute, tossing them every 2-3 minutes to ensure even browning. Taste for seasonings and adjust to preference.
