MEOur Prosciutto Wrapped Peperoncini Poppers are the kind of appetizer that disappear fast—save this one for your next get-together!
Yield: 20 pieces
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
10 large Mezzetta® Golden Greek Peperoncini, drained and patted dry
½ cup softened cream cheese
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
5 slices prosciutto
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Remove the stems from the drained Mezzetta® Golden Greek Peperoncini, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
3. Add the softened cream cheese, mozzarella and parmesan to a small bowl and mix until combined. Spoon the mixture into each pepperoncini half and set aside.
4. Cut each slice of prosciutto into 4 strips lengthwise and wrap around each pepperoncini half.
5. Transfer to the oven to bake for 8-10 minutes or until the prosciutto is crispy. Alternatively, you can cook these in an air fryer at 375°F for 5 minutes. Allow the poppers to cool slightly before serving.
6. Enjoy!

COCRISPY PROSCIUTTO in 10 min 🥓
You can count on this always being in my fridge because you can use it in SO many different recipes!
What you’ll need:
🥓 prosciutto (the higher quality one, the more crispy it gets!)
Heat your oven to 375 and bake your prosciutto for 10-15 minutes (depending how thick your prosciutto is) or until crisp/smoky. Out of the oven let it cool for at least 5-10 minutes. Break the prosciutto into pieces, store in the Tupperware in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
Use on baked brie, pasta dishes, salads, charcuterie boards, eggs, soup- the options are ENDLESS!
After trying this, it will be your new fav way to eat prosciutto 😉
