Protein Chips aus Hüttenkäse 🧀🔥 Wenn der Snack-Hunger kickt, aber du trotzdem healthy bleiben willst: Zutaten: • 300 g körniger Frischkäse light • etwas Parmesan • Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika So geht’s: Frischkäse in 6 Löffel auf ein Backblech setzen. Mit Parmesan & Gewürzen toppen. 40 Min bei 170 °C in den Ofen. They come out crunchy and packed with flavor but are GF and high protein, made with NO OIL! 🔥🍯 For the FULL recipe, COMMENT ‘hot honey’ and I’ll send it straight to your DMs! Here’s what you need: 1 cup cottage cheese 1-2 tbsp honey 1/2 tsp paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder 1/2 - 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add 1/2 tbsp scoops onto the baking sheet to form 20-24 small chips. They will spread so leave of room between. Flatten with the back of a spoon to about 1/4” thick. Ensure all are the same thickness or they will not bake evenly. Bake for 22-32 minutes until outsides are deep brown and insides are golden. Check frequently after about 20 minutes as they burn quickly and cook time will depend on thickness. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the baking sheet. They will crisp more as they cool. Makes ~20-24 chips. ENTIRE batch has less than 300 calories and 28g of protein! #proteinchips #cottagecheesechips #hothoneyproteinchips #healthychips #highproteinchips

Backpapier mit Ölspray besprühen und die Käse Scheiben nebeneinander legen (schön viel Platz lassen da der Käse zuläuft) In einem vorgeheizten Backofen bei 175 Grad Umluft für 15-20 min backen. Mit More Spices würzen und schmecken lassen. Zero Carb Protein Chips ✨ I’m late to the party trying these but im glad I jumped on board! With 44g of protein and ZERO CARBS, these chips did not disappoint! Thank you to whom I believe is the original creator: @fitfoodieliving. I altered a few things! Ingredients: 8 oz low fat ground chicken (half the 16oz pack) 1 tbl corn starch Seasoning: salt, garlic / onion powder, @leupoldoptics seasoning or a strong seasoning of choice Process: Preheat oven to 350°. Mix the ground chicken, corn starch and seasoning. Add to parchment paper and roll out on the counter. I prayed a little avocado oil on top and then laid plastic wrap to better roll the mixture out. Once thin (it needs to be THIN, but not see through), bake on either the sheet tray or a grated sheet tray. I used a grated to hope it’ll keep moisture even throughout to keep from edges burning. Bake for 1 hour and 35-45 minutes. Start watching it around the hour and a half mark! Once baked, let cool for 10 minutes and the break into chips and dip into your favorite dips! (Soooo satisfying!) Mix ground chicken with seasonings and baking soda. Roll on parchment paper is thin as possible. It’s best if you use Saran Wrap on top and a rolling pin to flatten so it doesn’t stick. Bake for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until chicken becomes crunchy. (I know - it will take longer than you think. It’ll be a bit flimsy before it crisps up so don’t freak out lol) Make a dip or eat it as is.
