3 Ingredient High Protein Gummies 🍋🫐 89G Protein | 358 Calories My new obsession and now yours! ✨ INGREDIENTS - 2 scoops @lupnutrition Clear Protein (use code CLAFAIREY at checkout to save 20% on all products) (can use any of their Clear Proteins - I did 1 scoop Blue Raspberry Italian Ice and 1 scoop Lemon Italian Ice in separate batches) 14 oz water 5 tbsp gelatin DIRECTIONS - 1) In a small saucepan, add the water and protein powder (if using two flavors you have to split the recipe in half and make each batch seperately). Mix well until fully dissolved. Sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the top and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to bloom. 2) Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved (do not boil). 3) Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined dish. 4) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. 5) Pop out of molds or cut into bite-sized pieces. ✨Recipe ✨⬇️ These protein gummies have the dreamiest sweet + tangy flavor and such a yummy texture. Ingredients: – 1 cup frozen mango cubes, thawed – 1/2 cup cold water – 3 Tbsp grass-fed gelatin – 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt – 1 Tbsp honey (optional) – 1 tsp lime juice Method: 1 Bloom the gelatin: Pour the gelatin over the cold water in a small saucepan. Let it sit for 3–5 minutes until thickened. 2 Gently heat: Place the saucepan over low heat and stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved. 3 Blend: Add mango, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and lime juice to a blender. Blend until smooth. 4 Combine: With the blender on low (or whisking in a bowl), slowly pour in the warm gelatin mixture and mix until fully combined and smooth. 5 Set: Lightly grease a small glass dish or use silicone molds. Super easy to make. They literally take no more than 10 minutes! 3 cups water 14 tablespoons Well Belly Organic Gelatine 4 tablespoons Davidson plum powder (@thesourcebulkfoods) 1/2 cup of honey If making with a normal blender, heat the water to 50 degrees first, combine all ingredients, and blend on medium/high. If making in a thermomix, I just add all ingredients and blend on speed 6 at 40 degrees for 5 minutes. Great high protein snack to fill up the kids! Ingredients/ instructions: 1 cup COLD ❄️ juice Add 3 tablespoons of beef gelatin STIR until dissolved Leave in the fridge until it starts to set (10+ minutes) 1/2 cup of juice in saucepan 2 tablespoons of beef gelatin Stir vigorously. Bring to a light boil Now add the two together and mix until gelatin is dissolved. Pour into molds Leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours until they are set. Homemade gummies that have over 80g of protein and take no time to make?! YEP! My kids and I love these because it’s a snack they don’t have to ask my permission to eat with their type 1 diabetes! Any high protein, low carb snack is a yes in our house. 🍇 Comment CLEAR and I’ll shoot you over the link for all the flavors of the clear proteins! 🗒️ INGREDIENTS: 16 oz water (500 ml) 2 scoops Phormula-1 Clear protein (56g) 20g grape jello mix Some MIO zero cal cherry blackcherry syrup * optional 5 tbl gelatin (35g) 5 tbl boiling water (74ml) 📖 PEOCESS: In your shaker bottle of room temperature water, mix 2 scoops of clear protein with your, MIO (optional) and jello mix. Set aside. Boil 1/4 ish cups water in a bowl and whisk in your gelatin. Whisk quickly and then add your mixture fairly quick as well. The gelatin can freeze up if it cools too fast and do not use cold water in your protein mixture! If it does freeze up a clump, you can microwave the mixture in increments of :10 seconds to get it to dissolve the don’t over microwave it. After it’s all mixed, I put mine back in a pourable cup or you can add it back to your shaker bottle. This will be easier to transfer to your molds. Let stand in fridge for at least 2 hours but the longer they are in the fridge the more firm like a gummy they’ll become. Once done, remove from molds and enjoy! They can be stored in any container in the fridge. To make this recipe closer to zero carbs, you can just use MIO or anther sugar free water enhancer!
