🤤 Are you kidding me?! 40G PROTEIN 🤤 Ingredients: - 16oz tub cottage cheese -1/2C plain Greek Yogurt -1 1/2 TBSP Taco Seasoning (divided) 🌮 -1/2tsp Garlic Powder 🧄 -1/2tsp Onion Powder 🧅 -Juice from 1/2 Lime 🍋‍🟩 - Salt & Pepper (to taste) -8oz Lean Ground Beef -2oz cheddar cheese (shredded) -Salsa (drained)….as much as you like (I did 1/2 jar) -Green Onions for garnish Directions: 1. Brown ground beef with 1/2 taco seasoning 2. Blend with immersion blender cottage cheese, yogurt, all remaining seasoning & spices, & lime juice 3. Mix in ground beef, salsa, shredded cheese 4. Ok but WHY are we overcomplicating protein when it can be this easy?! Cottage Cheese Queso has entered the chat. (I know what you’re thinking… we’re over cottage cheese…. I was too until I made this cheesy, creamy, queso even my toddlers loved). 17g protein per serving. 10 minutes to make. Cravings… gone. And no… it doesn’t taste like “diet food” If you’re trying to lean out before summer, build muscle, or just stop feeling like crap at 3PM… this is it. High protein doesn’t have to mean: - plain chicken and broccoli - sad salads - 4 protein shakes a day We build muscle with meals and snacks like this. We stabilize blood sugar. We hit our goals without hating our lives. Save it. Make it. Tag me when you do.
