High Protein Yogurt Bark 🍦 As you all know I am on my high protein kick. I try to get 120 grams of protein a day which is not as easy as I thought!! I need to keep my protein up so I can build muscle and this is one of the easiest snacks to help me do that. Three ingredients. Super easy. Makes about six servings. Two cups high protein yogurt One cup raspberries Two tablespoons honey Mix the yogurt raspberries and honey in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Top with whatever you like. I used One to two tablespoons crushed pistachios A handful of extra raspberries Freeze for at least three hours or until completely firm. Break into pieces and store in the freezer. Cold sweet simple and about twenty grams of protein per serving. #highproteinsnack #protein #yogurtbark
