Avoid making these 2 common mistakes: ❌ Pulling the rope to your chest or chin ❌ Using momentum and swinging Instead: ✅ Pull the rope to your eyes ✅ Keeps your shoulders externally rotated ✅ Make sure to control every rep ✅ Squeeze your shoulder blades together ✅ Slowly return to the start to keep tension on the rear delts at all time SAVE and follow for more quick tips. 🔥 P.s, full YouTube video explaining this exercise was just uploaded to YouTube. فیس‌پول فقط یه حرکت ساده نیست… یه حرکت اصلاحی برای گردن‌درد و قوز شونه‌هاست 💯 اما نکته اینجاست: ✅ اگر گردن‌درد داری: مشت دستت باید بیاد زیر گوش آرنج کنار شونه عقب بره ➡️ درگیری بیشتر Upper Trap + عضلات گردن ✅ اگر قوز یا کیفوز داری: مشت دستت باید بیاد بالای گوش آرنج بالاتر از شونه عقب بره ➡️ درگیری بیشتر Rear Delt + عضلات پشت 📌 درست اجرا کن تا بدنت درست ساخته بشه. تو کدوم مشکل رو داری؟ گردن‌درد یا قوز؟ 👇 🔥 Face Pull is NOT just a back exercise… Most people do Face Pulls… but instead of fixing posture, they end up with neck pain 😵‍💫 The truth is: Face Pull has 2 different execution styles, depending on your goal: ⸻ ✅ Option 1: If you feel neck pain You need to strengthen: ✔️ Upper Trapezius ✔️ Deep Neck Stabilizers 🔸 Proper form: ➡️ Elbows pull back beside the shoulders ➡️ Hands finish below ear level ➡️ Focus on neck stability + upper trap control ⸻ ✅ Option 2: If you have rounded shoulders / kyphosis You need more activation in: ✔️ Rear Delts ✔️ Mid-back & scapular retractors 🔸 Proper form: ➡️ Hands finish above ear level ➡️ Elbows travel higher than shoulders ➡️ Better rear delt + posture correction engagement ⸻ 🎯 Key takeaway: Face Pull is a posture-corrective movement… ONLY if you do the right version for your body.
