The standing cable pull over is one of my favourite exercises to target the lats and middle back while working on core control 🙌 Set the cable to just above your eye height, and take a few steps back. Hinge over at the hips while arching your back slightly to focus on your lats. This can be done with a narrow grip (as shown) or with a wide grip using a longer bar. 🔥 “Latihan back pakai cable pull over, tapi malah kena tricep?” 🤔 Cable pull over itu gerakan keren buat lat lats, tapi banyak yang salah eksekusi, akhirnya lebih kerasa di tricep. ❌ Kesalahan umum: ➡️ Siku mulai ketekuk, lalu malah pressing down kayak tricep pushdown. ✔️ Cara benernya: ✅ Pakai beban ringan dulu biar kontrol form ✅ Mulai dari tangan lurus, boleh tekuk sedikit tapi kunci siku dari awal sampai akhir ✅ Jaga bahu tetap depresi (jangan naik ke kuping) supaya fokus tetap di lats ✅ Saat narik, tarik bahu ke belakang tanpa ubah posisi humerus ✅ Kontrol gerakan eccentric buat stimulasi otot lebih maksimal Coba perhatiin tekniknya dan rasain perbedaannya!
