2. Controlled Movement:
Lower the dumbbell in a controlled manner behind your head, but do not go so far back that your lats take over. 

3. Focus on Expansion and Contraction:
Aim for a full range of motion, allowing the chest to expand and then squeezing it together powerfully as you return to the starting position. 

4. Maintain Tension:
Avoid letting tension off your chest during the exercise by keeping the movement focused on the pecs. 

5. Elbow Positioning:
Flare your elbows out slightly, as this helps to engage the chest.
