The Secret Power of RAS: How Your Brain Finds Opportunities | Agrika Khatri Your mind decides your destination before your body ever gets there. The moment you set a clear, specific intention, your Reticular Activating System (RAS) starts working like a bloodhound—finding opportunities, signs, and resources that were already around you but invisible before. 🎯 In this video, I’ll share how clarity of thought, focus, and specificity can rewire your brain to see the Ferrari (or any goal you desire) that was always there. The secret is simple: your mind goes first, your body follows. If you want to manifest faster, achieve bigger goals, and align your thoughts with your dreams—this video is for you. #MindsetMatters #PowerOfMind #RAS #Manifestation #LawOfAttraction #SuccessMindset #Manifestation #Agrikakhatri

You know when you think of a certain car, and suddenly you start seeing it everywhere?
Yeah — that’s your RAS, your Reticular Activating System.🧠 It’s the filter in your brain that decides what gets your attention, and essentially finds evidence for your beliefs 🪞 Here’s how to start training your RAS to create the life you want: 1️⃣Catch what it’s currently proving.
Notice the themes that keep showing up in your life — the patterns, the “of course this would happen to me” moments.
That’s your brain showing you what it’s been told to look for. 2️⃣Feed it a new story.
Instead of forcing affirmations, feel into what you’d rather believe.
Try something like, “I’m learning that things can be easy,” or “I’m open to being supported.”
Your brain learns fastest through emotion + repetition. 3️⃣Look for tiny proof.
When something small goes right — a text, a compliment, a moment of ease — pause and acknowledge it.
That’s how you teach your RAS what to notice more of. If this resonates, my page is for you💛 #manifestation #subconsciousreprogramming #subconsciousmind #manifestmagic #manifestyourdreams #mindset

Hey everyone, let’s talk about something absolutely mind-blowing 🧠 — the human brain! This is the most complex biological system in the known universe. Imagine an advanced neural network weighing just 1.3–1.4 kg, yet controlling your entire body. It regulates vital life functions, processes everything you sense, controls movement, and drives your thoughts, memory, emotions, language, decision-making, and even consciousness. And despite centuries of research, every day we discover something new about how our brains work — neural pathways, synapses, brain plasticity, and how the mind shapes behavior, identity, and intelligence. Let’s break it down a bit: The cerebrum is the largest part of the brain. It handles conscious thought, voluntary movement, reasoning, problem-solving, and sensory perception. It has two hemispheres — left and right — connected by the corpus callosum, letting the two sides communicate with each other. Each hemisphere has four key lobes: • **Frontal lobe** – planning, personality, motor control, executive function • **Parietal lobe** – touch, spatial awareness, sensory processing • **Temporal lobe** – hearing, language, learning, memory • **Occipital lobe** – vision and visual processing Crazy, right? 🧠✨ Our brain is truly incredible. The reticular activating system, or RAS, is one of the most powerful mechanisms in your brain. Think of it as the gatekeeper of your mind, it filters the millions of bits of information you’re exposed to every second and decides what actually gets through to your conscious awareness. This is why when you buy a new car, you suddenly start seeing that exact car everywhere, it was always there, but your RAS just wasn’t tuned to notice it. The RAS determines what feels important, what gets your attention, and ultimately, what shapes your reality. If your RAS is programmed to look for fear, lack, or self-doubt, that’s exactly what you’ll continue to find in your life. That’s why changing your life isn’t just about “working harder” or “thinking positive,” it’s about reprogramming your subconscious mind so that your RAS filters for opportunities, solutions, and abundance instead of limitations. When you retrain this system, your brain begins automatically seeking and creating the reality you want. This is exactly what I help my clients do in just six weeks. Through my focused mindset coaching and proven subconscious reprogramming methods, I help you shift your internal filters so your mind is working for you instead of against you. Once your RAS is aligned with your goals, you stop fighting uphill battles and start living in flow with the life you were meant to create. Run to the top of my page and dive into the eBooks I wrote on this topic. If you’re interested in working with me, book a call. Want to learn how to master your mind?
