ROHow to care for your rosacea or redness ✨
As April is Rosacea Awareness Month, I thought I’d take a trip to Boots and show you some of the things I really recommend and why. In case you’re new here, I’m Rose, I’ve got type one and two rosacea, and I have interviewed countless consultant dermatologists over the years. My goal in making these videos is to share the advice that they give, which would usually cost us a fortune, all for free. I’ve also written extensively about rosacea and you can read some of my most comprehensive features if you type my name into British Vogue online.
I hope this is helpful, and please remember that the most important thing to do if you’re managing a skin condition is to seek one-on-one advice from a medical professional. More than anything I’d love you to take this video as some initial research, and to seek personal, professional guidance thereafter.

ROThings I wish I knew about rosacea to save me time and money ✨
It's been 7 years since I was first diagnosed with rosacea. During that time I've been lucky through my job to be able to speak to consultant dermatologists on a regular basis and ask them their best tips to manage it.
Hopefully this video can give you an indication of how best to care for your skin if you're seeing signs of redness and rosacea. Here are a few things you might find helpful...

@talontedlex is who I told you to follow to join well regulated communities online to discuss your skin with like minded people.

I also love the @symproveyourlife team and find their resources really helpful. All of these share genuinely useful and factual gut health advice.
