Recipe below 👇🏼 🍅🌿 Pan-Blistered Tomato Basil Rigatoni 🛒You’ll Need: • 4-5 Roma tomatoes, halved lengthwise • 8 oz mezzi rigatoni • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 garlic cloves, minced • 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes & Italian seasoning (to taste) • 1/4 cup grated parmesan 🤌🏼How to Make 1. Bring a pot of well-salted water to a boil and cook your pasta until al dente. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Place tomatoes cut side down and let them cook 4–5 minutes without moving until blistered and soft. 4. Remove skins, the mash the tomatoes directly in the pan to create your sauce. 5. Add garlic and seasonings. Cook 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the basil. 6. Add pasta and sprinkle in parmesan until the sauce turns glossy and coats the pasta. Sometimes all you need is a simple pasta dinner, made with fresh ingredients and packed with flavor. Made with @chosenfoods Avocado Oil and Classic Mayo for extra flavor. #chosenpartner Ingredients: For the Beef Kefta: 700–900 g lean ground beef (about 1.5–2 lb) Seasoning: 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tsp cumin 2 tsp salt 2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 large yellow onion, grated and squeezed dry 6–8 garlic cloves, minced 1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped 4 tbsp @chosenfoods Avocado Oil (for topping before baking) For the Roasted Garlic: 2 heads of garlic 1 tbsp avocado oil Salt flakes Optional: you can also roast a red pepper for extra flavor. Roast garlic heads (tops cut, oil + salt, wrapped in foil) at 200°C for 50- 60 min until soft. 2. Grate or chopped finely onion and squeeze out excess liquid. 3. Mix beef, minced garlic, Seasoning, parsley and onion until slightly sticky. 4. Spread on a baking tray (≈1.5cm thick), score into strips, drizzle with olive oil. 5. Bake 12–15 min, then broil 3-6 min until golden. 6. In a bowl add sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, parsley, salt, pepper, sumac, pomegranate syrup and lemon juice for the salad. 7. For the sauce, the roasted garlic, mix with yogurt, mayonnaise, tahini, lemon juice, and the seasoning until creamy. 8. DB x INGREDIENTS ▪️2 large sweet potatoes ▪️2 eggs ▪️1/4 cup milk ▪️1 spring onion, chopped ▪️1/2 red pepper, finely chopped ▪️Handful of feta cheese METHOD ▪️Preheat oven to 200c ▪️Wash and dry your sweet potatoes. ▪️Prick them all over, and brush with some oil. Bake for 45-50 minutes until soft/air fry for 25 minutes/microwave. ▪️Remove from oven and let them cool ▪️Beat 2 eggs and mix with the milk ▪️Slice sweet potatoes in half, and gently mash the potato and form a well. ▪️Season with salt and pepper.
