💪 HOME BAND HACKS 💪 Bands can be so handy for home workouts—but they’ve got some sneaky limitations too. Here’s the deal: bands get harder the more you stretch them, meaning they’re toughest at the top of a movement… when the muscle is already shortened. But for muscle growth? We want to challenge the lengthened position too. 👉 So how do we do that with bands? We get a little creative. Try partial reps in that lengthened position. Reach out further and stay in that bottom range. Then you can go into full reps. This tweaks the stimulus in a big way 🔥 Use this for curls, rows—anything. Same principle. . 💯 Was this helpful?
