I started regulating my nervous system instead of powering through life More hustle was never the answer. Safety in my body was. Every morning, I say my goal out loud ten times.
Not rushed. Not whispered. At first, it feels awkward.
That’s normal. Your mind isn’t used to hearing new instructions. But repetition teaches it what to believe. 2. The “becoming” notebook (no posting, no scrolling)
I write who I’m becoming as if it already happened:
“I’m so grateful now that I ______.” Then I close the notebook and move through my day like it’s already in motion. No convincing anyone.
Just alignment. 3. Quiet follow-through (real confidence)
I do one small thing each day that I promised myself I would.
Even when no one sees it. That’s how trust is built.
Not from praise. From keeping your own word. 4. The pause (daily alignment check)
Before reacting, I stop and ask:
“Is this fear… or is this faith?” That question alone changes decisions. 5. The night question (clarity over control)
Before sleep, I ask quietly:
“What do I need to see differently?” Your mind works on answers when you give it the space. 6. Silent gratitude (the reset)
Each night, I acknowledge one thing I’m thankful for.
No list. No journal. Just awareness. Peace shows up when you stop forcing outcomes. ✨ None of this is loud.

And in my work with my coaching clients - one of the first things I notice over and over again is the way compromise has been underlying their business decisions. ➡️ Launching a program they don’t love. ➡️ Working with clients that don’t respect them or their time. ➡️ Taking on projects they resent and wondering why they’re not getting the results they really want. The most underrated growth strategy is actually peeling everything non-essential back and making way for the things that not only have a great ROI - but a great return on enjoyment AND results… It is a privilege to do what I love everyday and it turns out - it’s coaching. And in learning this - I’ve become highly skilled at lots of other things that have helped me become a really qualified coach for people who want to do them… ➡️ Like masterminds and group programs and live events and launching… A 1:1 coaching practice with a group program (Homeward) where I get to - you guessed it - live coach multiple times a month is my favorite model of all. Compromise is a flashing red sign that the things you don’t really love are leading in your business. I’m curious - Where are you compromising? And what does this illuminate for you?
