Of course, I’m always up for cinnamon rolls, but this time I thought it would be fun to make a Giant Easter Bunny Cinnamon Roll. He absolutely loved it! I spent hours searching for edible-flower candies online, but in the end, I decided to make my own so I could customize the colors and make them bright pink, yellow, and blue! This Giant Easter Bunny Cinnamon Roll is meant for sharing, making it perfect for an Easter brunch or as a dessert at a spring party. Since I made this on a random Tuesday, we enjoyed one ear and shared the rest with family who live nearby. If you want a fun cinnamon roll Easter treat just for your family, I highly recommend my original Easter Bunny Cinnamon Rolls. But if you’re making cinnamon rolls for a party, this giant version is so much fun to make and eat. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
