EXThe Book of Revelation, the final book of the New Testament, records the visions given to John, traditionally identified as John the Apostle, while he was exiled on the island of Patmos around 95 AD. In these visions, God reveals through Jesus Christ and angelic messengers a series of prophetic events concerning the end times, the ultimate triumph of good over evil, and the establishment of God’s eternal kingdom.
1. Vision of Jesus (Rev. 1): John sees the glorified Christ, who instructs him to write to seven churches and record future events.
2. Seven Churches (Rev. 2–3): Jesus gives messages to seven Asia Minor churches, praising, correcting, and urging faithfulness.
3. Heavenly Throne (Rev. 4–5): John sees God’s throne and the Lamb (Jesus), worthy to open a scroll of divine judgments.
4. Seven Seals (Rev. 6–8:1): Opening the scroll brings conquest, war, famine, death, martyrdom, cosmic upheaval, and silence before trumpets.
5. Seven Trumpets (Rev. 8:2–11): Angels sound trumpets, unleashing plagues: burning earth, polluted seas, poisoned waters, darkened skies, demonic torment, mass death, and God’s kingdom announced.
6. Key Figures (Rev. 12–13): A woman births a child (Christ), pursued by a dragon (Satan). Two beasts (Antichrist and False Prophet) deceive with power and the “mark of the beast” (666).
7. Seven Bowls (Rev. 15–16): God’s final wrath brings sores, bloodied waters, scorching sun, darkness, Armageddon, and devastating earthquakes.
8. Fall of Babylon (Rev. 17–18): The corrupt world system (“Babylon”) is judged and destroyed, mourned by the world, celebrated in heaven.
9. Christ’s Return (Rev. 19–20): Jesus defeats the beast and false prophet at Armageddon, binds Satan for 1,000 years, reigns, then judges all at the Great White Throne.
10. New Creation (Rev. 21–22): A new heaven, new earth, and New Jerusalem bring eternal life, with no more suffering, and God dwelling with His people.

Many skeptics question the reliability of the Bible, but the evidence overwhelmingly supports its truth. Here’s why:
1. No Contradictions, Only Different Perspectives – While some claim contradictions exist, deeper study shows they are simply different accounts from various perspectives, much like multiple eyewitnesses testifying about the same event.
2. Eyewitness Testimony – The Bible is not written like a fairy tale. The Gospels were written by eyewitnesses and close followers of Jesus, recording His words, actions, and teachings with the purpose of guiding us to live a life that pleases God.
3. Archaeological Evidence – Many historical and archaeological discoveries confirm the people, places, and events described in the Bible. From the Dead Sea Scrolls to ancient inscriptions, history continues to validate Scripture.
4. Manuscript Evidence – The New Testament is the most well-documented ancient text in history, with over 5,800 Greek manuscripts dating from the 2nd–10th centuries AD. These manuscripts confirm the accuracy of Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection.
5. The Resurrection of Jesus – If Jesus rose from the dead, that changes everything. His resurrection was witnessed by hundreds, and His followers were willing to die rather than deny it. If Jesus conquered death, it’s wise to listen to what He says.
