❤️ ANNIE ❤️ A night my girl will always remember. Took her to see ANNIE at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, and she (we) LOVED it! You still have a chance to see it for yourself. It’s going to be at the @segerstromarts February 18-23rd, 2025. There are still a few tickets left. Let me just say, this cast of ANNIE @annietourus was just amazing. There’s so much talent in this bunch of actors. And Dani can’t stop singing all the songs from the show. She was just amazed at all the kids and their performances. ANNIE is one of 3 amazing performances appearing in the 2024–25 Explorer Series at the Segerstrom. Perfect for or families and children ages 7 and up. All I have to say is…take your kids to all the Broadway (and non-Broadway) shows that you can. It’s something I was able to do with my boys, and now I will with Dani. They will always remember it. Exposing kids to the arts can expand their creativity and communication skills. Plus, it’s just a fun family adventure. (Hosted) #orangecounty #segerstromcenterforthearts #scfta #anniethemusical

DEC 12 - 22, @abtofficial is here in Orange County performing ‘the nutrcracker’ at @segerstromarts and it’s pure magic ✨it was really really beautiful, fun to watch, nostalgic, festive—all the things! The cast and the crew opened their doors and let a few of us in to hear, see and experience what it’s like to put on a performance like this and it really just makes you appreciate the production EVEN MORE. Segerstrom Center is the home of @notebookmusical for the next 2 weeks until February 8. If you are a fan of the book and the movie, the musical is the final part of the trilogy that you need to see. But before heading into the show, head over to @leatherbyscaferouge for a delicious Pre Fixe menu that is created especially for the Center’s Broadway Shows. This is a great date night or a night on the town with friends. For The Notebook, the Pre Fixe Menu comes with the House Salad that is adorned with a sweet and peppery Banyuls vinaigrette, a large Roasted Black Cod that swims in an umami broth and finished off with a sweet Mille Feuille. Once you are done with your meal, run across the way to the @segerstromarts to start the show. You can even grab a cute tissue box at the merch booth which I definitely used for the whole show. The cast is so talented in the way they portray Noah and Allie’s story. It is so poetic as we relive the memories of this love story. If you really want to look the part for the masquerade ball, mix little bits of athleisure with your renaissance wear! The show is written as William Shakespeare rehearses his brand new play, Romeo and Juliet, but what happens when his wife Anne Hathaway takes over the quill? I read that the costumes were designed as if the actors were on their way to their first rehearsal, hence the nods to athletic wear mixed with the 1500s period pieces. Throw on a little bubble skirt and a corset and you’ll be best dressed at the ball!
