1. Spend an entire morning without speaking to anyone, beginning the day in prayer and Scripture. 2. Pray through every room of your home, dedicating each space to God. 3. Write down every prayer that has gone unanswered and surrender them one by one. 4. Wake up in the middle of the night to pray during a season of spiritual heaviness. 5. Take a long walk with no music and talk to God out loud the entire time. 6. Sit quietly with God without an agenda until restlessness turns into peace. 7. Confess sins privately to God that have never been spoken aloud before. 8. Ask God one hard question and wait in stillness for clarity instead of distraction. 9. Spend time worshipping God without asking Him for anything. 10. Read the Gospels straight through to focus only on the life and words of Jesus. 11. Journal the ways God has been faithful during a season that felt painful. 12. Choose one character trait to pray over daily for a full month. 13. Kneel in prayer for an extended period as a physical act of humility. 14. Surrender a dream or desire back to God, even if it hurts. 15. Pray blessings over people who have wronged you. 16. Sit in nature and praise God silently without taking photos or sharing the moment. 17. Write a personal prayer of repentance and renewal. 18. Spend time thanking God specifically for closed doors. 19. Ask God to reveal blind spots and receive correction without defensiveness. 20. Read Scripture slowly, stopping at every verse that convicts or comforts. 21. Commit a specific fear to God and release control over the outcome. 22. Practice waiting on God before making an important decision. 23. Meditate on God’s character rather than His blessings. 24. Write out a prayer asking God to align your will with His. 25. Spend time remembering who God was to you in your earliest faith season. 26. Ask God where spiritual growth is being resisted. 27. Pray for future generations you may never meet. 28. Thank God for lessons learned through failure. 29. Sit with God during disappointment without rushing to positivity. 30. Declare Scripture aloud over your life and identity. 31. End the day by reviewing where God’s presence was felt most clearly.

The Bible isn’t random words on a page—it’s God’s breath on paper, shaping, correcting, and preparing us for what He’s called us to do. 2 Timothy 3:16–17 “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” Message by @philipamitchell from @2819church Video from @christaletheia💪🏼

“When Jesus saw the crowds, he went up the mountain, and after he had sat down, his disciples came to him. He began teaching them…” - Matthew 5:1 Ladies and gentlemen, I give you The BeatitudZs according to Gen Z 🤣📱✌🏽 We’ll never quite know what Jesus would have sounded like if He arrived in the 2020’s, but it might’ve sound a little something…like this… 😜🙏🏽 Gen Z has been cooking this year, filling up the jubilees and NCYC with peak attendance and boosting Bible sales.🫨📖📈 So- I wanted to give something back to the ‘chat’: 😉🙏🏽👊🏽 Z-peeps, you are the future of our Church and your witness can transform our culture. 😇✝️ Stay rooted in Scripture and the Sacraments, being careful not to let the deafening din of the world and its endless scroll drown out what truly matters. 🙏🏽❤️ Thank you to my friends at Hallow for helping put this whole series together. I hope you had as much fun watching as we did making these. 🤣🤣 We’ve played the game—now take the next step. Spend time praying with the Beatitudes on @hallowapp! 🙏🏽✝️😇 #hallow #scripture #genzslang #beatitudZ

Did I miss any? I’m not trying to say anything in particular, just as I’ve been reading prophetic scripture from the Old Testament, I thought it was interesting about this recurring theme of the chosen people falling… as we all do on a daily basis. Because of the New Covenant paid for with the blood of Jesus Christ, the chosen people of God are literally whoever says yes to accepting Jesus into their heart surrendering their life to the will of God. I also want to be clear that the religious spirit which is demonic and is not exclusive to one religion is against God’s love and will for us. No one particular group exclusively embodies the spirit of religion. “One demon inside the church can do more harm than a thousand demons outside the church” But we’re all (every single human) in reach of Gods grace and saving. This is not meant to put any certain group down. As I study the Bible, I find interesting things and wanted to share! Comment “community” to join my Bible study 📖✝️ #bible #jesus #christian #truth

The gospel changes everything–your purpose, your perspective and your pursuits. The gospel is for every Christian of any age, including you. As 2 Corinthians 5:17 reminds us, “Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!” Jesus removes what is broken and makes you a totally new. 💙 Read more on peermag.org (link in bio). #BibleVerse #BibleInspiration #ChristianInspiration #Scripture

Habitual Sin = Living in a cycle of sin that you know is wrong, but you can’t stop. 1. Come to God Exposed, Not Impressive Confession has to be honest. You can’t protect your image from God. • Say: “Lord, this is exactly what I did and why I did it...” • Scripture: “Whoever conceals his sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them has mercy.” (Proverbs 28:13) 2. Lean on His Mercy, Not Your Performance Stop trying to “earn” your way back into God’s good graces. Prayer is based on Jesus’ record, not yours. • Say: “Lord, I have no excuse for my behavior. I am relying entirely on Your mercy and the sacrifice of Jesus to be near You right now.” • Scripture: “Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16) 3. Ask for a Change of Affection Habitual sin often happens because we love the sin in that moment more than we love God. Pray for your heart to change, not just your behavior. • Say: “Lord, help me to hate this sin as much as You do. Change my desires so that I find more satisfaction in You than in this cycle.” • Scripture: “Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.” (Psalm 51:10) 4. Declare the Truth Over Your Identity The enemy wants you to believe you are your sin. You must remind yourself who you are in Christ to break the cycle of shame. • Say: “Lord, even though I failed, I thank You that I am still Your child and that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ.” • Scripture: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” (2 Corinthians 5:17) 5. Pray for the Next Trigger Don’t just ask for forgiveness for the past; ask for strength for the next temptation. • Say: “Lord, give me the strength to choose the ‘way out’ next time I am tempted.” • Scripture: “...He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” (1 Corinthians 10:13) #god #jesus #faith #love #christ

Scripture doesn’t tell us why David picks up 5 stones, but it tells us he does… so it must be significant. The Bible doesn’t tell us how he was delivered from the lion and the bear, it just tells us he was… so maybe the lion and the bear required 5 stones. Maybe David was preparing to put in the work and hit that giant in the face with 5 rocks. Maybe he flung the first shot and while he was reloading he hears THUMP and looks up to see Goliath on the ground. What David thought would take5, God did in one. Maybe you’re facing a Goliath of your own. A giant battle in the new year that seems like it could take months or even years to over come. Remember… 1. the same God who delivered you before will deliver you again. 2 Corinthians 1:10 Past. Present. Future. Same God. 2. He is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above what you ask or think. Ephesians 3:20 We do the work. God does the impossible. It may take years and if so, stay faithful. He is still God. But He is also the God who can move mountains, bring down walls, and do in one what we think will take 5. Face this new year with FAITH in our Father in Heaven who has gone before us and does not fail. Deuteronomy 31:8 Prepare like it will take 5. Trust like it will only take one. I’m grateful to be connected with you here. If I can pray for you or encourage you in anyway just let me know. Comment or dm if it’s private. God is for you and so am I. @thewarrenbarfield
