Deciding which day you have available for study, you can also schedule in the amount of time you want to spend studying according to your learning preferences. 3. Break the task down into smaller and more manageable task. 4. Use active learning techniques such a summarizing, take notes,create flashcards,and teaching others. Active learning techniques are by far more effective because they help you to process information and move it internally your long term memory more quickly. 5. Take a regular breaks, breaks are essential for maintaining focus and preventing burnout. Try what’s known as the pamodoro technique to keep yourself on track. 6. Remember, effective studying is a personal process. Because,everyone has different learning styles so it’s important to choose what works best for you whether you studying alone or in groups. So when I really have to do it, I make sure it’s super productive! 🎯Goal setting: Break down your material into manageable chunks and schedule study sessions for each. Be realistic about how much time you’ll need for each topic. 🍅Pomodoro Technique: I prefer 50/10. Basically, study for 50 mins then get a 10-min break and repeat. 🌧️Ambient Sounds: Rain sounds is my fav! It provides a calming and natural white noise that masks distractions without being distracting itself. 💧Hydration: When you’re dehydrated, your brain function slows down. Keep a reusable water bottle at your desk and take regular sips throughout your study session. 👯Company: Find a dedicated study buddy who shares your goals and can maintain focus during the sessions.
