Quem lembra do "Friends For Change"?
Em 2009, o Disney Channel idealizou uma iniciativa pro-social "verde" chamada "Amigos Transformando o Mundo". O projeto tinha como objetivo conscientizar e mobilizar crianças e jovens sobre a importância da preservação do meio ambiente. E a gente tinha certeza que estava salvando o mundo só de ouvir o hino 🙌🗣️
As maiores estrelas da era de ouro da Disney, como Demi Lovato, Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez e Miley Cyrus participaram da campanha, estrelando em vídeos de divulgação, músicas e eventos.
A iniciativa também incentivou a participação do público na escolha de como US$ 1 milhão seriam investidos em programas ambientais.
E um dos grandes destaques do Friends For Change foi a música "Send It On", cantada pelos maiorais <3. A música foi lançada em 7 de agosto de 2009 e teve todo o lucro das vendas digitais direcionado para instituições de caridade ambiental em todo o mundo. O videoclipe oficial da música foi lançado no Disney Channel americano há exatamente 15 anos, em 14 de agosto de 2009.

Why does coning happen?
Coning = pressure pushing forward through the linea alba (midline of your abs).
It usually happens when:
• You hold your breath
• You bear down
• You brace hard without engaging deep core properly
• The movement is too advanced for your current core strength
The fix is mostly about breath + deep core coordination, not just “tightening your abs harder.”
If you want to fix it you want to learn 360° breathing with controlled exhale + deep core engagement.
This is extremely beneficial whether you’re pregnant, postpartum or neither.
360 breathing is the BASIS of deep core work and engagement and if you don’t know how to do this it will be hard to rehab your core postpartum.
