CO72 Hours Before Load-In ⏳
Load-in day doesn’t start at the venue.
It starts days before the trucks ever roll out.
The final 72 hours are where everything tightens up.
Plans get double-checked.
Measurements get verified.
Hardware gets counted again.
Crews moving fast.
Final paint curing.
Crates getting staged.
Coordination between shop, production, and install teams is constant.
Because once the truck doors close, there’s no guessing left.
The last three days are where the shop goes from building to locking everything in.
By the time load-in starts, the hard part should already be finished.

PAThe husband of our makeup artist @strukovafx — Marcel — is an outstanding production designer who, these days, rarely works on film projects, as he’s focused on much larger construction work.
We were incredibly lucky that he made an exception for our film and, on a very tight schedule, built one of our key set pieces — a transformer substation that our characters race to save from an explosion.
Even up close, it looks completely real. Only from the back do you realize it’s all masterfully crafted movie magic.
