CAI was watching Taylor Swift’s Era’s tour Docu-series and something struck me
She trained for 6 months before stepping on stage once.
Everyday on the treadmill while singing the entire 3 hour setlist out loud
Fast songs = sprint
Slow songs = jog
Not so she could get through the shows but so she could be fully present during them
She wanted to be so over-rehearsed that she could be silly with the fans, and not lose her train of thought.
This is what most people miss; do the work early so you can enjoy it later ✨

According to him, she told him she was actually disappointed because it was one of her favourites, so he ended up putting it back into the show, which is why the story gets shared online as “Diana looked sad when he removed it” — the moment is usually described in interviews rather than clearly shown on camera, but the core detail (that she liked the song and wanted it performed) comes straight from Jackson’s own accounts of that night.
