Sleeping on the back keeps airways open and significantly reduces the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. Side or tummy sleeping increases risk — even for naps. 2. Use a clear, flat sleep space
A firm mattress, tightly fitted sheet, and nothing else. No pillows, loose blankets, toys, or sleep positioners. Babies need space to breathe freely. 3. Keep baby in the same room as you for the first 6 months
Room-sharing (not bed-sharing) allows you to respond quickly to changes in breathing or temperature and has been shown to lower SIDS risk. 4. Avoid overheating — cooler is safer than too warm
Babies regulate temperature poorly. Aim for a light layer or sleep sack, keep the room comfortable, and remember: a slightly cool baby is safer than an overheated one. 5. Never sleep baby on a sofa or armchair
This is one of the highest-risk sleep environments for SIDS and accidental suffocation — even for short naps or supervised rests. 6. Breastfeed if you can (even partially)

SIDS never existed before the roll out of 💉 and too many parents are left broken and wondering when they’re told this is what took their babies from them. Things need to change, but it can start with parents asking questions and doing their own research. Our children don’t have a voice of their own, we are the only ones who can protect them. 【毎日、呼吸確認に必死だった】 3人とも、よく寝る子だったけど 乳幼児突然死症候群が不安で 寝不足だったな、、、。 過去にわたしみたいに 今、不安なママたちは見て。 今日からやれることがある☺️ SIDS(乳幼児突然死症候群)は 原因が一つではなく、 複数の要因が重なって起こると考えられてるよ。 冬に増えやすい理由として 🌟温めすぎによるうつ熱 🌟感染症 🌟深い眠りに入りすぎること などが挙げられている。 さらに 土台にミネラルなどの栄養素の不足も考えられる。 ただ、結論から言うと 「ミネラル不足=SIDSの直接原因」 と断定できる研究ない。 ただし、ミネラルは 赤ちゃんの命を守る機能の土台を支えています。 ミネラルが関わる大切な働きとして 🌟マグネシウム ・自律神経を整える ・呼吸のリズムを安定させる ・深く眠りすぎるのを防ぐ調整役 🌟鉄 ・脳や神経への酸素供給 ・低酸素状態になりにくくする ・眠りと覚醒の切り替えに関与 🌟亜鉛 ・免疫機能の土台 ・感染症への抵抗力 ・細胞の修復・成長 ミネラル不足だと ・自律神経が乱れやすい ・呼吸や体温調節が不安定 ・眠りの質が偏りやすい リスクが重なりやすい状態になる 可能性は考えられます。 だから大切なのは ☀️温めすぎない寝かせ方 ☀️やさしい刺激で見守ること ☀️そして、毎日の栄養で  赤ちゃんの整える力を育てること ※SIDS予防の基本(仰向け寝・寝具環境など)を 大切にしたうえで、 できることを一つずつ重ねていきましょう。 「知っている」だけで 守れる命があります。
