These crunchy honey buffalo chicken tenders are only 99 calories each & the perfect low calorie alternative compared to traditional fried chicken 🙌🏼
You can eat it on its own or in a salad, wrap, sandwich or anything you like 👌🏼

Ingredients 👇🏼
- 2 Chicken Breasts (500g in total, raw weight - cut each chicken breast into 5 pieces, 10 total)
- Salt, Cajun Seasoning, Paprika (or your choice of seasonings)
- 2 Eggs (mixed/whisked)
- 1/2 Tbsp Redhot Buffalo Sauce (mixed in with the eggs)
- 80g Cornflakes (crushed)
- 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper & 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika (mixed with the cornflakes - add more or less cayenne pepper depending how spicy you want it)
- 100ml Franks Buffalo Sauce & 25g Honey (mix together in a pan on low heat until thick)
Air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for 16 - 18 minutes
OR
Bake in oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 18 - 22 minutes
Times may vary slighting depending on the air fryer/oven.

TSGetting the paint down on the Phantom Phinally!
Air intakes were added with no issues, but made sure to pre paint behind them before attaching.
I’ve given the whole body work a mottled, faded effect by using a slighting lighter colour and randomly airbrushing into the centre of panels, avoiding panel lines and rivets. This is the first part of the weathering and is crucial to making the paint look “interesting”
You can do this before or after the main paint colour (pre/post shading) personally I prefer post because you can see the immediate effects of the shading and adjust as necessary, whenever I pre shade I always end up going back over it afterwards so may aswell just do it all at the end!
Also to be really pedantic, post shading is more realistic as you start with a factory finish and dirty it up, just like real life, what do you prefer?
