Living a healthier lifestyle isn’t anything crazy. We just think it’s crazy because how normalized living an unhealthy lifestyle has become.
You don’t have to go on some crazy diet. Eat single ingredient whole food. Cut out the ones that don’t make you feel good. Aim to get around a gram of protein per pound of body weight.
You don’t have to be a bodybuilder or marathon runner. Get 10k steps everyday. Lift weights a few times a week. That simple.
Get outside more. 15-20 minute walk in the morning. 15-20 mins of sun in the afternoon. Literally just go outside.
You don’t have to swap all your products out in one day. It takes time. Become aware of these things and do what you can. You’ll never be able to avoid everything that’s harmful so just do the best you can. It adds up 👍
