🍜 Soya Chilli Manchurian — 42g Protein Meal 42g protein, high carbs, low fat Perfect for gym meals & healthy cravings 🥣 Ingredients: * 80g soya chunks (~1 cup dry) * 2 tbsp cornflour * 1 tsp salt * 1 tbsp oil * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic (chopped) * 2 small onion (cubed) * 1 capsicum (cubed) * 1 tbsp schezwan chutney * 1 tbsp soy sauce * 1 tsp vinegar * ½ cup water * 1 tsp cornflour (for slurry) * Basic masale: black pepper, coriander powder etc Method: 1. Soak 80g soya chunks (~1 cup) in hot water for 10–15 mins 2. Squeeze out all the water completely 3. Add cornflour + salt → coat well 4. Pan fry till golden & crispy 5. In another pan: * Add oil → ginger garlic * Add onion + capsicum → sauté on high flame * Add salt + basic masale 6. Add: * Schezwan chutney * Soy sauce + vinegar 7. Add ½ cup water + cornflour slurry (1 tsp) → cook till glossy 8. Add fried soya → toss well 9. Soya Manchurian 🤩 | Tasty and Healthy Soya recipe😋 ➡️ Steps :- 1. Take 1 cup Soya chunks, soak in hot water, cover for 8-10 minute 2. Once Soya chunks turn spongy, squeeze water and transfer in a mixer jar, grind well 3. Add 1 tbsp chopped Garlic, 1 tbsp chopped Ginger, 1 chopped Onion, 1 tsp Chilli flakes, ¼ tsp Pepper powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce 4. Add in chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp Cornflour, 1 tbsp Maida 5. Mix everything well 6. Take small portion and make round balls 7. Fry them one by one in hot oil until balls turn golden brown from all sides 8. Remove and keep aside 9. For sauce mixture - take 1 tsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp green Chilli sauce, 1 tbsp Tomato sauce, ¼ tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Pepper powder, 1 tsp Cornflour and 2 tbsp water. Mix well 10. Heat oil in kadhai, add 1 tbsp chopped Ginger, 1 tbsp chopped Garlic. Sauté for a while 11. Add ½ cup diced Onion, ½ cup diced Capsicum. Sauté for a while 12. Now add in prepared sauce mixture and mix well until sauce thickens 13. At this stage add in fried Soya manchurian balls 14. Coat well with sauce 15. This Soya Perattu is very easy to make under 20mins.. Soaked soya chunks are sauted and cooked in a spicy masala made with onions, ginger garlic, tomatoes and spices...If you love whipping up dishes in a flash, this may be for you 😊. Ingredients Soya chunks 500gram Tomato 1large Onion 1large Ginger Garlic 1tsp each Oil 2tbsp Whole pepper 1tbsp Cumin seed 1tsp Fennel seed 1tsp Chilli powder 1/2 tsp Rurmeric powder 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Coriander leaves Bring 4 cups of water to boil.Add soya and cook for 3-5mins till they soften.once it cools down squeeze the frothy water inside the chunks.Heat a pan add the spices. Saute until the raw smell goes out. Once it cool down grind it in a mixer and keep it aside. Again heat a pan with oil. Add ginger garlic, onion and tomatoes. Saute till you get a nice smell.Add soya chunks give a nice mix now its time to add grinded spice powder along with that add chilli, turmeric powders and salt. Cover and cook till they turn soft, moist and flavorful.
