🧀🌿SPINAZIE ROLLS🌿🧀 🇺🇸(ENGLISH RECIPE BELOW⬇️) Wat heb je nodig 🌿200 g spinazie 🌿2 lente uitjes 🌿100 g ricotta 🌿Handvol geraspte kaas 🌿Zout & peper 🌿Chilivlokken (optioneel) 🌿1 rol bladerdeeg (vers) 🌿1 eitje (om te bestrijken) 1. Verhit de olijfolie in een koekenpan en voeg lente-uitjes toe. Voeg daarna spinazie toe en bak tot het geslonken is. Laat het mengsel goed uitlekken en volledig afkoelen. 2. Meng in een kom de ricotta, spinazie, kaas en kruiden. 3. Verdeel het mengsel over het bladerdeeg en rol zoals het filmpje. 4. Snijd ze in stukken, druk ze plat, bestrijk met ei en strooi wat zaadjes erop. 5. Bak in de oven op 200 graden voor ongeveer 25 min (tot mooi goudbruin) 🇺🇸What do you need? 🌿200 g spinach 🌿2 spring onions 🌿100 g ricotta 🌿Handful of grated cheese 🌿Salt & pepper 🌿Chili flakes (optional) 🌿1 roll of puff pastry (fresh) 🌿1 egg (to brush) 1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add spring onions. Then add spinach and fry until it has shrunk. Let the mixture drain well and cool completely. 2. Mix the ricotta, spinach, cheese and herbs in a bowl. 3. Divide the mixture over the puff pastry and roll as shown in the video. 4. Cut them into pieces, flatten them, brush with egg and sprinkle some seeds on top. 5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes (until nice golden brown) #spinach #spinachrecipes #puffpastry #easyrecipe homemade

20 Days of Spring Recipes Ep 6 🌷🐰 Spinach & Feta Potato Wrap Gluten Free, delicious and perfect for meal prep 2-3 potatoes 130g Cheese Salt & pepper 1 x large onion chopped small 2-3 garlic cloves chopped small 200g frozen spinach 159g Feta 120g grated mozzarella Salt, pepper, chilli flakes Peel & slice the potatoes as thin as you can, rinse in water lay on a tea towel and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper Preheat oven to 200C Sauté onion & garlic for 5 min and add spinach. Salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Sauté until the spinach is defrosted and the liquid has evaporated. Place on a plate to cool down. Lay your potatoes slightly overlapping on a dish lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with cheese over all of it and bake for 20-25 minutes until crunchy and golden. Mix the spinach mixture with the feta and grated mozzarella Take it out and place on a wire rack to cool slightly. Flip it over on a bit of parchment paper crunch side down. Be gentle when handling it. Spread the spinach and feta mixture and carefully roll it up. Place it back in the oven for 12-15 mintutes. Let it cool down for 5 - 10min and Slice and enjoy. I sliced mine into 8 portions and put what we didn’t eat sliced in the fridge, it was perfect for meal prep but you can also freeze the portions. Easy Seasoned Spinach Recipe ⤵️ Banchan part 3! This seasoned spinach is so easy and delicious and it's probably the only time you'll ever see me reaching for vegetables. Ingredients: 1 bunch of spinach 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 tsp sea salt 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp sesame seeds Directions: 1. Wash your spinach thoroughly 3 times 2. Blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds and immediately remove from heat and dunk into an ice bath 3. Once cooled in ice bath, gently squeeze out excess water and place into a bowl 4. Add soy sauce, minced garlic, sea salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds and mix together. Adjust flavor as needed!
