Not your boring “open concept! ▪️ Multiple large bedrooms ✔️ split-levels can easily have 4-5 bedrooms and sometimes room for more! ▪️ Multiple living spaces ✔️ because of the inherit design, you usually get two living spaces. Great for having both a living room and family room or just a bonus room! ▪️(my favorite 🤭) HUGE “mother-in-law” suite potential! ✔️ If you don’t have a need for multiple living spaces, easily convert the downstairs living space into a MIL or ADU by adding a kitchenette!
