To gently spread the liver’s qi, try adding-in a few of the following in your daily routine: - walking, dancing, yoga-flowing - breathing in FRESH air, especially in the morning - enjoying clearer broths, lighter foods balanced with sour or bitter flavor profiles - diaphragmatic breathwork (I LOVE teaching my patients the S breathing technique for this!) - adding a few spices to your meals that stimulate digestion (coriander, cumin, fennel seed, ginger, tangerine peel, etc.) #chinesemedicine #springwellness #TCMwellness #NYCWellness #wellbeingtips
