I’ve watched a lot of basketball, but I’ve never seen someone pull something like this just to pad their stats in the NBA. At first it looks like a normal play, but once you realize what actually happened, you can’t help but laugh a little. The hustle was there, the timing was perfect, but the intention was obvious — someone really wanted that extra number on the stat sheet. In today’s game, stats mean everything. Triple-doubles, rebounds, assists, every little number gets tracked and talked about. Still, seeing someone go out of their way like this just to boost their stats is wild. Some fans call it smart, others call it shameless, but either way it definitely gets people talking. Basketball is already full of crazy moments, but when someone does something like this, it instantly becomes a clip everyone replays.
