That heat stress triggers heat shock proteins, which support cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and improve insulin sensitivity. You'll also see reduced muscle soreness and nervous system activation that promotes relaxation. The key word here? Regular. You're not getting these benefits from one session. Consistency matters. And here's what I want you to remember: sauna is a support tool, not a shortcut. It's not replacing your sleep, your nutrition, your movement, or your recovery. It's enhancing them.
