🇬🇧 How do you find the still point? In yoga, the Drishti is the still point of the gaze. Mine was far away and below, lost in moving water. The wind blew at 50 km/h. The body swayed. And every time I looked for stability outside, I lost it. So I closed my eyes. I found the still point within. Breath. Presence. Silence. And I realised it’s the same in life: When everything around you shifts — people, situations, emotions — you can’t always stop the world. But you can find inside yourself an unmoving space from which to see it. 🙏🏼❤️ . . 🇮🇹 Italiano Come trovi il punto fermo? Il Drishti, nello yoga, è il punto fermo dello sguardo. We actually have a beautiful Light Code in “The Little Book of Light Codes” called Turla (Stillpoint) for this very topic. I recommend working with that symbol daily to strengthen your anchor point in stillness. However, I offer you this Light Language because sometimes the sound transmission is helpful! Please use this as often as you need. Remember to breathe with your heart space and feel into your feet. Your Stillpoint or center is your heart space, but it is also your whole body.
