پودر ژلاتین رو با آب مخلوط کنید و کنار بزارید تا حالت اسفنجی پیدا کنه
بقیه مواد رو باهم مخلوط کنید و روی شعله ملایم قراربدید و هم برنید تا قهوه و شکر حل بشن و کاملا یکدست بشه. مخلوط رو داخل قالب یا ظرف سرو مورد نظرتون بریزید و حداقل ۴-۵ ساعت داخل یخچال بزارید.(برای از قالب درآوردن چند ثانیه قالب رو داخل آب جوش قرار بدید و بعد برگردونید)

1/2 cup cold water
4 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/5 cups heavy cream
2 cups milk
1/5 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp instant coffee
In a small bowl add gelatin and water,let sit and allowing gelatin to bloom.
Meanwhile in a medium stockpot combine the heavy cream ,milk,sugar,vanilla and coffee .coik over medium low heat to dissolve the sugar and coffee.

HEEASY VIETNAMESE CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP (PHO GA)
Even though it’s summer and hot outside, just blast the AC and make this hearty, warm bowl of Vietnamese chicken noodle soup! I love the flavorful broth, chewy noodles, and fresh herbs that make this dish so irresistible. This recipe is a heck of a lot easier too with the premade spice packet, which you can get at any Asian grocery store or online. DM me if you want a link to it!
Pho Broth
- 1 whole chicken (5lbs)
- 14 cups water
- 2 white onions, halved
- 1 large chunk of ginger (about 2 oz.), skin removed
- 1 sachet of pre-made pho spices*
- 1 small chunk rock sugar
- 4 Tbsp fish sauce
- Salt to taste
Noodles and Garnishes
- Vermicelli noodles
- Bean sprouts
- Green onions
- Cilantro
- Limes
*if can’t find pre-made spice sachet, you can make your own following the below:
- 6 whole star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1.5 Tbsp fennel seed
- 10 cloves
- 3 Tbsp coriander seed
- 1 black cardamom
1. Turn on broiler and add onion and ginger to a sheet pan. Broil for 10 mins until outside is charred.
2. In a large stockpot, bring water to a boil.
3. Wash chicken all over and remove giblets inside cavity.
4. When water boils, add chicken, onion, ginger, sachet of pho spices, rock sugar, and fish sauce to pot.
5. Bring water back to boil then turn down heat to a simmer for 1.5 hours.
6. Add salt at the end to taste
7. Remove chicken and shred meat.
8. Cook vermicelli noodles according to package. Pour hot broth over noodles and add shredded chicken and desired garnishes.

MIAD Cottage Pie.
I might be biased but this Cottage Pie recipe is one of the best comfort meals out, something that can feed a large group but also keeps well for leftovers. It’s also delicious with kumara mash on top as a way to add a twist to this weekly favourite! Adding @continentalfoodsanz Stock Pot Sensations to this recipe really does add a burst of flavour and richness.
1 brown onion – diced
4 garlic cloves - diced
2 celery stalks – finely diced
2 carrots – finely diced
750g beef mince
½ cup wine
2x Beef Continental Stock Pot Sensations
¼ cup tomato paste
500ml water
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp corn flour
8 springs of fresh thyme – using one spring to tie them into a bundle
2 dried Bay leaves
1.4kg potatoes or kumara – peeled
3 tbsp butter
2/3 cup milk
A pinch of nutmeg
1 cup grated parmesan (plus a bit extra to sprinkle on top of the bake)
Fry the onions in a large saucepan with a splash of oil until soft. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic, carrots and celery. Simmer until soft.
Move the vegetables aside, turn up the heat and brown the mince, break it up using a spatula.
Fold everything together. Add the wine, and let it simmer until the smell of alcohol has gone. Then add the Continental Stock Pots and tomato paste. Stir well.
Add the water, Worcestershire sauce and corn flour. Sit well. Season with salt and pepper and then fold in the thyme and bay leaves.
Leave to simmer away on medium/low heat for 30 minutes or until the sauce has thickened nicely.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees fan bake. Add the potatoes to a large saucepan with salted boiling water. Boil until the potatoes are tender.
Drain well, then add the butter, milk and nutmeg and mash together. Fold in the cheese.
Spoon the mince into a large baking dish. Top with the Mashed potato. Gently drag a fork over the top of the potato. Drizzle with some extra olive oil and the remaining parmesan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crispy on top and cooked through.
Serves 6
