Most people think this looks tighter. It’s actually creating less tension than a traditional install. Here’s why: In a normal beaded row, the weight of the weft is sitting on isolated strands of hair. Even if the sections are clean, each bead is still depending on a limited amount of natural hair to hold that weight. On fine or fragile hair, that’s where problems start: • bead flipping • corners collapsing • tension in one concentrated area • soreness after a few weeks With my woven method, the hair is connected between sections — creating a support network. Instead of one strand carrying the load, multiple sections share the weight. That means: ✔️ tension is distributed ✔️ the base is more stable ✔️ less strain on fragile strands ✔️ better grow-out at 6–8 weeks It’s not about making it tighter. It’s about making it smarter.
