ALAnyone else have kiddos asking for all the squishies lately? Well, I’m right there with y’all! Our local @target store got the super popular @needohofficial Nice Cubes and I was lucky enough to grab a few (limits vary per location).
How did I know they were going to be there? Here’s a few tips:
1. Check your Target app every morning (before opening if possible) for any in-store availability updates.
2. Ask a team member to look up an arrival date if you’re in store.
3. Add the styles you’re wanting to your favorites list. It makes it so much easier to find the info you need to give the team members looking up inventory for you.
4. Be nice to the @teamtarget members! Kindness goes a long way. 🫶

I’m obsessed with these super simple oven baked one veg and cheese slices!! This is really just one finely sliced potato!
*I use a mandoline slicer to get the potatoes nice and evenly thin - but a good sharp knife will do the job, just take your time slicing.
One to try this weekend.

Crispy Cheesy Potato Slice
1 medium potato, peeled
Spray oil, salt and pepper
2 handful grated cheese (I use a cheddar and mozzarella mix)
Preheat the oven 180ºc fan.
Slice the potato to 2mm thickness - I recommend using a mandoline slicer so they are thin enough and similar thickness.
Layer on the baking tray over lapping ever so slightly.
Spray lightly with oil, season with salt and pepper.
Scatter the cheese on top.
Bake until golden and crispy, about 20 - 30 minutes.
I left mine to cool for 10 minutes, then sliced and filled with my favourite sandwich filling.

COHole in the wall Donut Bakery in NYC 🍩🍞
📍Super Nice Coffee and Bakery (UWS)
Ordered the Loganberry donut and it was sooo yummy! The donut itself was the star of the show: you can tell that it was freshly fried as it was soft and fluffy with a slight crisp on the edges. The loganberry frosting on top gave it a nice floral note, while not overpowering the taste of the donut.
@supernicenyc also serves other pastries/bakes, and I def need to try them the next time I visit!
