New T2B Beginners Program starts 15 December! Comment below for a discount! Save energy (and frustration) by taking a little extra time to practice how you start a set of T2B. Find where you need to aim your feet as you swing forward on the first rep to set your T2B tempo to match the rhythm of your "good" reps! Let this video be your guide. If you start from a really high bar and can't jump up and go, that's okay! The same rule applies about stretching your feet just forward in front of the bar. Maybe you are scaling T2B right now and your feet don't go all the way up? This changes the angle a bit and you will be stretched more directly beneath the bar. But as you get stronger and your feet will rise higher in the front, the stretched angle will again increase and reach further in front of the bar. Please know that T2B can be the must dangerous skill you do on the bar, because if you slip off during a really big leg swing you can end up on your neck or head, basically doing a half a backflip to the gym floor 🤕 If you feel like you are losing your grip, GET OFF THE BAR IMMEDIATELY and order a pair of @frog_grips (grippy AF)! But if you EVER feel like you're slipping off on the T2B, don't do "just one more rep", because it's likely not worth it. Be safe out there!
