Ina garten’s brownie pudding, this turned out sooooo so good!🤩🤎 you need to try it! ingredients: 4 eggs at room temp (200g) 2 cups sugar (400g) ¾ cup cocoa powder (75g) ½ cup flour (60g) 1 teaspoon vanilla (5g) 1 cup melted butter (226g) __________________ Instructions: preheat your oven to 325°f. in a bowl whisk together the eggs, sugar & vanilla until pale and fluffy. sift the cocoa powder and flour, mix until combined, slowly stream in the melted butter and whisk until the mixture is glossy. pour the batter into a buttered baking dish and place that dish into a larger pan filled (halfway!) with hot water to create a water bath. bake for about 1 hour until the top is set but the center is still soft and pudding like. let it rest a few minutes before serving, add vanilla ice cream on top (optional) Enjoy✨ #baking #brownie #browniepudding #recipe #chocolate

Brown butter brookies Ingredients For the cookie layer: 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter melted and cooled 1/2 cup (110g) light brown sugar 1/3 cup (67g) granulated sugar 1 large egg, room temp 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste 1 1/4 (150g) cup all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 cup (170g) semisweet chocolate chips For the brownie layer: 1/2 cup (50g) natural cocoa powder 1/3 cup (57g) semi sweet chocolate chip, chopped 3 tbsp (42g) olive oil 1 cup (227g) unsalted butter, browned Pinch of salt 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste 1/2 cup (110g) light brown sugar 1 3/4 cup (210g) powdered sugar 3/4 cup (128g) semi sweet chocolate chips 3 eggs, room temp 1/2 cup (60g) all purpose flour Method: Preheat oven to 350 F. Line an 8*8 inch pan with parchment paper. Prepare the cookie layer: Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. Combine melted butter, brown and granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and fluffy for about 2-3 min. Add dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Mix until just combined. Prepare the brownie layer: Step 1: Prepare browned butter mixture: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir every 10 seconds until foamy (6-8 minutes). Continue until it turns golden brown and smell nutty. Transfer to a heatproof bowl. Add cocoa powder, oil, vanilla, and chopped chocolate. mix until smooth. Step 2 In a separate bowl whisk eggs and light brown sugar for 5-6 minutes until dissolved. Add powdered sugar. Mix for 1-2 minutes until combined. Add cooled browned butter mixture, mix until smooth. Add flour and chocolate chips; mix until well combined. Note: Dissolving sugar in eggs ensures a crackly top. Layer the cookie and brownie batters in the prepared pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the edges are golden and center is a little fudgy. Let cool for 6-8 hours before cutting. #brookies #recipe

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line three 9-inch pans. 2. Whisk dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt). 3. Whisk wet ingredients (buttermilk, oil, eggs, vanilla). Add to dry and mix. 4. S tir in hot coffee until smooth. 5. Divide into 3 pans, bake 22–25 min, until a toothpick has moist crumbs. 6. Cool completely, then slice each cake into 2 layers = 6 total or make just a 3 layer cake. Make the Chocolate Fudge: 1. In a saucepan (with the heat off) combine condensed milk and cocoa powder, mix with a spatula until fully combined and no lumps remain. 2. Turn the heat on to medium, and add heavy cream, butter, and salt. 3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spatula, until it thickens and you can see the bottom of the pan when dragging the spoon across (10–12 minutes). 4. Bakery style chocolate chip cookies 🍪 Ingredients 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed 3/4 cup (150g) dark brown sugar 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk, room temp 2 tsp vanilla bean paste 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour 1 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp espresso powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tbsp milk powder 1/4 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp salt 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 3/4 milk chocolate chips Flaky sea salt for topping Method : In a bowl add all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, milk powder, espresso powder , corn starch and salt. Mix well to combine. In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add the cold cubed butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix on medium speed for about 2–3 minutes, until the mixture looks creamy. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla bean paste. Mix until fully combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix on low speed just until combined—do not overmix. Stir in the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed. �Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 2 hours ( or up to 24 hours for deeper flavor and thicker cookies). Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop large portions of dough (about ounce each) and roll loosely into balls. For a bakery look, keep them tall rather than flattened. Bake for 15-16 minutes, or until Edges are set and lightly golden. Centers are still soft and slightly underbaked. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top immediately after baking. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5–10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. #cookies #thickcookies #recipe #baking

cinnamon roll pull apart bread 🤎 still one of my fav thing i’ve ever made 🙂‍↔️ recipe : ingredients 1 cup warm milk(240g) 2 tbsp sugar (25g) 2¼ tsp instant yeast (7g) 1 large egg room temp 1 tbsp vanilla ¼ cup softened butter (57g) 1 tsp salt (6g) 3–3½ cups all-purpose flour (375–440g) optional tangzhong: ½ cup milk(120g) 2 tbsp all-purpose flour cinnamon filling ¼ cup softened butter (57g) ½ cup brown sugar (100g) 1 tbsp cinnamon glaze 1 cup powdered sugar (120g) 2–3 tbsp milk (30–45g), adjust to preference 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp maple syrup instructions if using the tangzhong, whisk ½ cup milk with 2 tbsp flour in a small saucepan over medium heat. cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens into a paste. remove from heat and let it cool completely before using. in a bowl, mix the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. let sit until foamy (5-10mins). add the egg, softened butter, and cooled tangzhong (if using) & mix. ( make sure the butter is super soft ) gradually add the flour and salt. start with 3 cups and mix until a soft dough forms. i ended up using about 3¼ cups total. the dough should be soft and slightly tacky but not sticky. knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. (i like to knead with a little olive oil on my hands instead of adding extra flour.) if needed, add a little more flour, but do not go over 3½ cups total if using tangzhong. also make sure you are not packing your flour into the cup, lightly spoon it in and level it off. cover the dough and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. ( i cover with plastic wrap & a towel & place it in my oven with the light on ) mix together the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling. roll the dough into a large rectangle. spread the filling evenly over the surface. cut into 3 even strips, stack them on top of each other, then cut into 5 equal squares. place the stacked squares upright into a lined loaf pan. cover and let rise again for 30–40 minutes. bake at 350°f (175°c) for 25–30 minutes, or until golden on top and baked through. whisk together the glaze ingredients and spread over the warm bread. #cinnamonroll #pullapartbread #Recipe #baking
