In 2018, Erste Group released this as a Christmas advertisement focused on empathy and inclusion rather than banking products. The animated story follows a small hedgehog who feels isolated because his sharp spines make other animals afraid to get close to him, reflecting themes of loneliness and social exclusion. As the story unfolds, the other animals ultimately accept him, showing that understanding and kindness can overcome fear. The ad was created with agency Jung von Matt DONAU and became widely shared across Europe, helping establish Erste’s reputation for emotionally driven holiday storytelling. "This seems harmless, but the baby's brain registers it. Let me explain 👇🏼" When a mother or father holds their baby but directs their attention to a mobile phone, a fundamental process is interrupted: the construction of the emotional bond through gaze, voice, and close interaction. 📱 What happens in that moment? • The baby actively seeks the face of their mother or father as a source of safety. • Eye contact and sensitive interaction are essential for the development of attachment, language, and emotional regulation. • The absence of contingent response may be interpreted by the baby’s brain as a signal of disconnection or insecurity. • Even while being held, the baby may experience a sense of relational loneliness. This is not about demanding perfection, but about fostering mindful presence. Brief moments of genuine connection have a greater impact than long periods of distracted interaction. 🧠 Key reminder: The caregiver’s gaze acts as a mirror of the baby’s emotional world; available and sensitive attention is their primary refuge. #expressmommypregnancy #pregnancytips #motherhoodjourney #momtobe #babydevelopment

⚠️ Flashing lights warning Just close your eyes 🙏❤️ I saw a psychologist talk about this light. What you feel while watching it is normal. It’s a type of light therapy — through the eyes, directly to the brain. For some, it’s calming. For others, it can trigger anxiety. Our nervous systems all respond differently. When I watched this video, the most beautiful memories of my life came back to me. I don’t know how it works… I just know how it feels. @psychotvorenie thank u for the idea❤️❤️❤️

This guy’s only job is to open the train gate and close it, and somehow it feels both useless and extremely important at the same time. He stands there, does one single motion, waits, then does the reverse like he’s running a highly specialized operation. Watching it happen makes you question the system, the budget, and reality itself—because surely this could’ve been automated, right? That’s why it gives off strong “unemployed but employed” energy. He’s technically working, clocking hours, probably wearing a uniform, but the workload feels like a side quest that never levels up. Still, if he’s not there and the gate doesn’t open, suddenly everyone’s mad. Minimal effort, maximum job security—low-key one of the most confusing yet undefeated careers out there.

If he’s emotionally avoidant, you won’t notice it on the first date. You’ll notice it at 2 a.m. when you’re staring at your phone wondering why he suddenly went quiet after everything felt so close. Dating an avoidant man feels like this: He plans the most beautiful weekend with you, tells you how special you are, then disappears emotionally the moment you start to feel secure. He says he “doesn’t like labels” but still wants all the benefits of a relationship. When you calmly say, “I feel distant from you lately,” he replies, “You’re overthinking” or “Why are you making this a problem?” You start rehearsing texts in your notes app so you don’t sound “too needy.” You pretend you’re okay with less communication because you’re scared asking for more will push him away. You celebrate breadcrumbs. A random sweet message after days of cold behavior feels like a reward. And suddenly you’re grateful for the bare minimum. You become the emotionally mature one. The patient one. The understanding one. The one who gives space. The one who apologizes first. The one who studies attachment theory while he says he “just needs space.” Here’s the truth. Love should not feel like walking on eggshells. You should not have to shrink your needs to keep a man comfortable. You should not feel anxious in something that is supposed to feel safe. You cannot love someone into emotional availability. You cannot prove your worth enough to make him stay present. And it is not your job to heal what he refuses to face. Choose the man who calls when he says he will. Who does not disappear after intimacy. Who does not punish closeness with distance. Who meets you with warmth instead of walls. Chemistry is not connection. Intensity is not intimacy. And potential is not partnership. You deserve consistency, clarity, and calm. #AvoidantAttachment #WomenSupportingWomen #KnowYourWorth #HealthyRelationships #DatingReality

At the 73rd Tony Awards in 2019, André De Shields used his acceptance speech to share life wisdom instead of a long list of thank-yous. After winning for his role as Hermes in *Hadestown*, he offered three simple rules, beginning with this: stay close to people whose faces light up when they see you. The people around you shape your energy, and genuine support changes how you move through life. He also challenged the rush for quick success. According to him, moving slowly is often the fastest path forward because steady effort builds something that lasts. Patience and consistency create stronger growth than chasing instant results. Finally, he reminded the audience that every achievement is only the start of another climb. Reaching one peak simply reveals the next one ahead. Real fulfillment comes from continuing to grow, staying curious, and treating success as an ongoing journey rather than a finish line. Zemo, the cutest and sweetest baby lion I rescued, was just 3 days old and close to passing away after his mother died from a uterus infection. Hand-raising is always the very last option, but in this case there was no other choice — otherwise he and his sister, Zala, would have died😔 I hand-raised them both, which meant sleeping beside them every night for the first few months so I could bottle-feed them milk every 2hrs. In that time, we developed the most beautiful, natural bond built on love and trust, and I became a mother figure to them❤️ They now live in Africa, after we sent them there, where they belong ❤️

There is a viral concept called the November theory which claims this season forces a major shift in everyone's love life. As the year comes to a close the emotional pressure pushes relationships to either deepen into something real or end abruptly. It is considered the ultimate deadline where people subconsciously decide who they want to bring into the New Year. Whether you are meeting someone new or facing a breakup this transition is preparing you for a fresh start. 🔔 Follow @ekazop for more content like this! 💌 DM for credit or removal requests (no copyright infringement intended for video, photo, or music). “When you don’t feel like studying.” Most students fail because they waste the last 30 days. If your exam is close, read this before it’s too late. Stop waiting for the “right mood” to study. It never comes. You don’t need a new routine - you need to start. Read till the end if you actually want results, not excuses. Yes, I know you want to top the exam - but let’s be honest, you’re lazy (just like I was Exams are close, yet you’re stuck fixing your routine.” You wake up late, lie in bed, overthink, and delay starting. That hesitation? That’s exactly what kills grades. Relax. l’ve been in the same mess. The only difference? I found the right strategy at the right time - just like you found this reel right now. IMPORTANT TRUTHS (STOP LYING TO YOURSELF) * What time you wake up doesn’t matter - productive hours do * After waking up, don’t overthink - open the book immediately * Don’t chase perfect routines or sleep schedules * Just study 8-10 focused hours daily Simple Routine (No Drama) 8:00 AM - Wake up 8:00-11:00 - Study 11:00-1:00 - Brunch / shower / rest 1:00-3:00 - Study 3:00-4:40 - Free time 4:30-6:30 - Study 6:30-8:00 -Break 8:00-10:00 - Study 10:00-12:00 - Chill 12:00 - Sleep ONE-MONTH PLAN (FOR LAZY BUT SMART STUDENTS) Step 1: Split 30 days into 3 parts 10 days × 3 phases Step 2: First 10 days — Finish syllabus + backlogs Focus only on important topics Smart study beats long study (lazy people must study smart) Step 3: Next 10 days - High-weightage revision List important chapters & topics Revise + practice questions daily Step 4: Last 10 days - Game-changer phase Give 1 mock test Revise everything again This becomes your second revision Two solid revisions are enough to top if you focus on high-weightage areas. Also, follow @doctor_combatt I’ll keep reminding you to study and bring useful, practical tips every single day. Now stop scrolling. Start studying. #trending #virals #mbbs

This one was hard It ended up being my favorite video of 2025. I posted this on April Fools, and somehow everyone took it seriously. At the time, growth felt flat and momentum wasn’t really a thing yet, so the joke landed a little too close to reality. It was 100% a joke… but also one of those jokes where you laugh and then stare at the wall for a second. Still here. Still cooking. Appreciate every single one of you. #cooking #recipe #bbq #foodie #holiday
